I agree Pastor Jesse, all sin is wilful, which is how we know we all fall short. Thank you for this message, God bless you abundantly
Not all sin is wilful
@ explain ?
Amen Pastor Jesse, Amen!
All sin is willful because we have free will...one sin equals death....thank you Jesus for dying for my sins...
Free,means free!!!!!
Excellent teaching. I will point to this teaching when I see free grace strawman arguments made by works based positions.
I'm being chastened, I fell very ill and the doctors cant find the reason, I am being chastened, I came back to him, I may pass away but I appreciate this trial because it is teaching me to surrender ALL.
Okay look, God loves you. If you realize you are in error and desire to be helped out of error, God doesn't leave you and just let's you get slapped till you die. Death is a part of this life.
I'm simply saying, clearly you know you were in error. The Father loves you unconditionally. So how much more does He love you when you agree with Him? Sometimes the punishment lense we view our Father in isn't helpful when someone knows they are in error. God's heart is never angry when His children turn towards Him, and His anger is always good. "A contrite heart, thou shalt never despise O Lord".
I need help with my addictions, I hate them so much and all of my sins. I've been praying and asking Jesus for help. Could you please pray for me. I thank everyone so very much in advance.
I pray for you now in The Name of The Lord Jesus..use your faith in Jesus He will strengthen you Alicia.
Me as well I've been taking step by step. I don't feel alive when I'm sober and thats the punishment for willfully taking that path in the first place. Each day it's getting easier and easier just know he is with you and wants that sobriety for you, stay faithful and take it one day at a time. Nothing is instant, patience is key, and there is victory in Christ for those who endure for his sake
I know it might sound silly compared to other addictions but I have a caffeine addiction. What I've learnt is that faith (as opposed to striving) is what helps ro overcome. Believe that God has appointed a day for your deliverance. Obviously that doesn't mean don't resist temptation but where you are struggling, always hold onto faith that one day you will be free 🙏 that in itself causes deliverance to spring forth as you are agreeing with the word of God
Hey Pastor Martinez. I have been watching your sermons and videos for a good bit now and I want to say thank you. You are really helping me in many ways. It’s crazy I have had thoughts of moving to Tampa so I can go to your church. I’m in Alabama and I haven’t found a Pastor like you.
thank you
Wow, this was certainly eye opening. I didn't look away from the screen for a second. Thank you pastor Jesse
thank you for your teachings God bless just found you a few weeks ago.
Flee from sin. As joseph ran away from lust. Temptation will always be there. Read scripture each day, call upon and pray unto God, for God is near. Jeremiah 29,12.
Faith without works is dead. It’s not that I’m trying to earn my salvation by works. I know I’m saved because I believe that Jesus Christ work on the cross is what saved me. But it’s the conversion from within me by the gifting of the Holy Spirit, that helps me be obedient to the truth. There’s new desires within my heart, and it’s towards the righteousness of God. Wanting to obey His word, not because I’m trying to earn His love but because I want to honor Him, because I love Him. There is real evidence there. That’s why I have assurance and know. To say someone can just believe , without the Holy Spirit moving in a way that regenerates the persons heart (born again) is foolish. Even the demons believed in Jesus Christ and Him being the son of God.
The demons do not believe Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the scriptures for their justification.
On your best day of trying to obey God’s law, you a hundred trillion light years from the holy, perfect righteousness of our Creator.
Stop trying to show you’re regenerated and rest in Christ and what he, alone, did for you.
The thief on the cross believed at his last moment. He never had a chance to “change”. And yet he is in paradise.
I pray you come to repentance and believe on Christ Jesus, alone, for your justification.
Exactly, thief on the cross; JESUS,.. REMEMBER ME WHEN YOU COME INTO YOUR KINGDOM..... JESUS; FOR I TELL YOU THAT YOU SHALL BE WITH ME IN PARADISE
There is nothing wrong with works as long as it it kept separate from salvation. One who is a good son will willingly obey their father. One who is rebellious will reject and dishonor their father. Belief in jesus and his finished work through the Gospel is salvation. Works are aftermath that are built upon salvation but are not required to obtain it. God bless you all. 😊 (keep in mind children mess up and fail sometimes so dont think we will ever completely perfect righteousness on this earth without our new bodies)
@@GiftofGod289the thief on the cross was on the cross and admitted his sins and his deserving judgment as well. Then he died. And woke up in paradise. Something to think about.
@@Rileyed he did not admit his sins at all. All he said was, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” And to this our Lord responded, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
Hallelujah. Belief alone saves.
I'd love to know your interpretation of hebrews 3 and 4, what does it mean to be a partaker of christ, to enter into the rest etc
The evidence of faith and trust is rest. Those who believe have entered into that rest
Im scared that Im going to this to try and do less works? I guess. Idk. I really want to be obedience to Him. Duh. I know Im saved by Him and Him alone. But for some reason my mind is repeating the Bible verse about itching ears. Im terrified that thats what Im doing. Help me. ❤
The works necessary to obtain absolute forgiveness and salvation are found exclusively in the finished works of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. “It is finished”! Declared The Lord from the cross at Calvary. The Lord Jesus Christ has become our Sabbath rest and we are to fully rest in Christ! There is nothing more that can be added or taken away from Christ’s perfect sacrifice without bringing upon ourselves a curse. The Gospel message is Pure Grace without merit, nor favor, nor works. I would encourage you to read all of Galatians because it addresses Christians who began to backslide from the Gospel Message of Grace and began to be enticed by the Judiasers of that time who were adding works to the Gospel message. Paul the Apostle said, let them be accursed!
I believe Galatians may help you as it so much helps me! Your comment inspires me because i remember a time when i felt the exact same way. And it was a terrifying time for me. I pray Galatians will perfectly remove any doubt you may be experiencing and it takes away any fear you may experience.
Genuine faith brings us into doing good works. But it is not a work of ourselves. The Bible says, It is God who works in us to will and through us for his good pleasure. It is His Spirit, the Indwelling Holy Spirit that fills us and we will manifest the fruit of the Spirit as we continue to yield to the Holy Spirit! Jesus Christ must become the center piece of your whole being… God will sanctify you and He will use you where He see’s fit too. All in His time.
As Christians, our basic obligation is to be ambassadors for the Lord Jesus Christ and we have a basic obligation to live for the Gospel and declare it openly. And perhaps God will open more doors of opportunity to serve to the glory of GOD. in whichever form of Ministry He sees fit! But we can’t put the cart before the horse. The cart being good works and the horse representing Grace.
Believe me, the works done in the strength of the flesh cannot be compared to the works GOD can do in and through a Christian! Sin dwells in the flesh and the flesh can only produce dead works. We need the Lord Jesus Christ to be the center piece of our whole being. There is a constant battle raging within every Christian. It’s the flesh vs the Spirit. Even the Apostle Paul wrote his own testimonial of this same battle. See Romans chapter 7. The Old man verse the New man in Christ.
Im not intending to preach at you and i don’t want this to read like I’m judging or finger pointing. I appreciated your comment and it inspired me to reflect on my own faith walk and i am more writing this for myself and i thank God for that and for your comment. God bless you! Your comment inspired me to reflect on Galatians 5:2-9. Galatians is my go to book whenever my own flesh tries to entice me to let it take the seat of the throne of my own heart. Jesus Christ is the only King and Lord that should only rule and sit over my whole being. Bless His Name!
Galatians 5:2-9
“Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. [3] For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. [4] Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. [5] For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. [6] For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. [7] Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? [8] This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. [9] A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.”

That is strange , I was just thinking about I have only seen 1 ad and I’m halfway through the video.
These sermons people should listen to before conversion onto Christ! ( Or rather right after Salvation, not to bring them into Lordship salvation ).
Hebrews 6:4-6 and Galatians 5:4 is a safeguard against ruination of someone’s life after putting trust in Jesus.

Daniel 12:2 NET
Many of those who sleep in the dusty ground will awake-some to everlasting life, and others to shame and everlasting abhorrence.
There's a difference between ignorance and willful ignorance.
The willful sin is rejecting Jesus and going back to Judaism under the law, falling from grace.
Specific to the Hebrews, yes, that is correct. Nonetheless, these Hebrews were saved because they did believe in Jesus Christ at one point in time. The verse establishes great eternal security in context.
- Trent
As an example or definition of willfull sin I read the following in google: "The willful sin would be a deliberate abandonment of their confession of the sufficiency of Christ's sacrifice for a return to insufficient Jewish sacrifices." This is not what is being taught here I think so now I dont know what to think of how to understand it.
When you are a slave to sin you don't have a choice that doesn't make sense. You're a servant to sin. Yea a friend.
Hi pastor martinez....i have seen many video's on faith. Christ and so on...one thing is clear.... it realiteit depends of thecteanslations u use... important verse galations 2 16. KjV talkes of faith....OF...christ...many others talk of FAITH .... IN....CHRIST.. you cant use them both because the meaning is completly different. Wich on to use. Is having faith ... in ...christ considered a work. Hop you can help me out here.. God bless
I love your videos Jesse, I just have a hard time with this term “willful sinning” like how it’s presented like Living Waters. “I sin but I don’t willful sin”
I’m just not convinced that ANY sin is not willful. Like I just read how David, a man after God’s own heart, murdered and slept with his friend’s wife. You can cheat on someone’s wife and go “you’re not my wife”.
I know there’s consequences for sin, as the scriptures shows, I just don’t know if this term is not without abuse.
For me the way I reconcile it is understanding what sin is and identity. If you understand how destructive sin is, it can make you sick. If you understand your identity, you orient yourself. And together you can live with a sensibility of conviction of sin and walking in peace of the blood Christ. His mercy has beauty that has to power transform you. Be blessed and walk in the spirit.
There is a difference to be found here. All sin is committed willingly, because it is a choice we make despite knowing better, but willful sinning would be stubbornly persisting in the same sin when God brings it to your attention. The Jews have gone through a lot of really hard times throughout history because of exactly this, which is why God refers to them as a stiff necked people.
Will is the desire of heart that maketh action. However we humans just got here, and we can willfully do lots of actions by sheer ignorance. Ignorance is darkness, biblical knowledge is light. The Word is the light of the world. To educate is to build up the soul, however this cannot be done passively. Families are based on this. Old Testament laws are based on this. Even the request for the gospel is based on this. You're supposed to mimic Christ's identity, lest you prefer to sin like the adversary. First step then should be to discern between good and evil, sin from works. The more informed you are, the more your will may be aligned with Yahuah's desires, and less prone to be deceived by unclean spirits. The correct discernment between good and evil is truthful, and salvation comes for the lovers of truth, does it not? To willfully sin is to blaspheme against the holy spirit, so it's imperative that christians do their best to warn other people and take them out of error, so that these might not be easily diverted into destruction. But this cannot be achieved in the hearts of those who much prefer comfort rather then the truth, and hedonism more than discipline, even after being enlightened. Vice is indeed a terrible thing.
Do you keep the Lord's sabbath ?
If I do what I will not to do it is no longer I who do it but sin that lives in me. Rom 7:20. Sin is the culprit not me.

At about 2:00 in, Jesse says, "They say a real faith will demonstrate itself in good works. So, if you don’t have real faith, then your conversion wasn’t genuine.”
Actually, the “they” in that sentence are the authors of the New Testament. That’s actually exactly what Jesus says in Matthew 7:13-27, particularly verse 18. First, He points out that very few make it to salvation (verse 13). Then, he warns that many will be misled by false teachers. Then Jesus clearly says,
“17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.”
Notice what comes in the very next verse, 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
He goes on to talk about putting His words into practice, so as not to fall.
See also, Matthew 3:8-10, and Matthew 25:14-30, 15-46. In both cases in chapter 25, individuals fail to produce works, and thus are cast into outer darkness. There are quite a few other passages that teach this idea (for example, 1 John 2:3-6 and 3:4-10). Even in John 17, while Jesus is praying for His disciples (verse 6), He makes it a point to say, “and they have obeyed your word.”
I think it’s actually biblically sound to hold that a person whose existence in this world-their actions and the way they treat others, i.e. producing fruit-doesn’t change after coming to Christ has failed to find Him. Such people are the seed that falls into bad soils in Matthew 13:20-22. Only those who bear fruit are found in verse 23.
A person who comes to know (and be known) by Christ experiences what Jesus describes in John 14:21-24,
“21 ‘Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.’ 22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, ‘Lord, how is it that you will manifest yourself to us, and not to the world?’ 23 Jesus answered him, ‘If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. 24 Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father's who sent me.’”
Notice who it is who loves Chris. Those who keep His commandments. And, those individuals are indwelled by the Spirit, becoming a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Does Jesse ever talk about this aspect of coming to Christ? The result is seen in 1 John 3:9-10,
“9 No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God. 10 By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.”
If Christ is in you, you are changed, and cannot go on as you did before your conversion. It’s not possible.
Flesh is the problem. Sin has been paid for. As long as we are in the bone suit, we will fall short.
@@JLP59 Not sure what you're trying to say there. How do you feel about the scripture passages I offered against Jesse Martinez's view?
I am yet to meet a Christian who doesn't still sin. Obviously not as much, or hopefully not as much, but if Jesus paid for all sin, then it's a matter of sanctification process..people growing in Christ. Paul admitted to "doing the thing he hates" etc. He was supposedly saved. We know he had a conversion right? We battle against the flesh until we die. God is Spirit. Everyone must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Abraham "believed God" and it was counted as righteous. Believing in Christ as Son of God and accepting Him as Lord and Savior is what saves us. Yes , there will be a change in everyone who is saved. But everyone grows at different rates.
I never suggested the Christian stops sinning entirely. But, in this video, Jesse Martinez is saying you can reject Christ and become a Satan worshiper and still be saved. Only those who are in Christ are forgiven through His atoning sacrifice. Those not in Christ remain in their sin.
@waynerossiter9962 thanks for your comments greatly appreciated. I think Jessie has totally mistaken what John 3:16 is in its entirety.
How many people who were not Jews, was Daniel speaking too? (if you know). I can't find any, but I am open to your help. Daniel spoke nothing about Paul's gospel at all. Why? Daniel knows nothing of the Cross at all. It seems like it is unknown and a mystery to him. Why?
Because the plan of the cross was absolutely a mystery all the way up until the apostles started spreading the word about Christ's resurrection from the dead. The gospel is spread all throughout the scriptures, but the actual method was hidden, because if Satan had known the plan there's no way he would have stirred the people up to execute Jesus. 1 Chorinthians 6-8 states this explicitly:
6. Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8. Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
@@darkprinc979 I believe this, but almost no one does in the 45,000 denominations. Is Paul's gospel different than the pre Cross work gospel? Yeah, it is. Does that bother people a lot? Oh my goodness yes it does! I just found out about a month ago that people think Paul was a total fake.
@@darkprinc979 This was really helpful. Thanks.
Actually arminianism is lordship salvation Calvinism is lukewarm once saved always saved by the way what's wrong with making Jesus Lord of your life? Without Holiness no man or woman will see God he demands first place in our lives if we are lukewarm we will not enter in
Everyone who accepts Jesus is their saviour then obviously he is also their 'Lord'.
Can all the millions and millions of babies who die say "I didn't know?"
Did the Apostle Paul serve the Law of sin and death as he said he did?
The unregenerated flesh does, but the regenerated spirit of the believer does not. Walk in the spirit, and you will not be obeying the flesh and its lusts.
@@lawrencehorner8418 Paul was an Apostle when he said he served that law of sin and death. He said with my mind I serve God, but with my body I serve the law of sin and death, oh who will deliver me from this body of sin? Then he said, The Lord Jesus Christ will. So the chief of sinners said he never stopped sinning, AFTER the risen Christ gave him His Gospel.
@@orangeandslinky Sure, we can and do still sin sometimes. I wasn't sure about what point you were trying to make, but my comment also came from Paul's teaching, in Galatians 5:16. However, you were talking about something in Romans. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
I am trying so hard to comprehend where these guys are coming from. They will respond the bible. They say we dont say it ok to keep living your usual life but than on the other hand say it doesnt matter if there is a change....simply just believe on Jesus daeth burial resurrection and you good to go. Sounds awesome and when used with John 3:16 absolutely biblical. I would like to ask them then if I were to simply ask muslims and hindus just simply believe on Jesus in that manner you going to be in heaven. They can keep worshipping Allah or the millions of hindu gods and it ok because you once said you believe in Jesus and his death burial resurrection...really. Perhaps these guys dont know that in Islam you just need to recite a few words (prayers/declarations) and you are considered/called a muslim. However even in Islam they are expected to follow a certain lifestyle. These guys have some really good bible teaching videos but I just cant wrap my head around exactly what feels so off and why. I even see a similarity in the "elect" of calvanism and this type of free grace teaching. Simply put no matter what you going to heaven because God said so. I do believe 💯 in both free grace and osas (I prefer eternal life). Free because God chose to give us that grace..He was not forced or manipultated to do so..He is the Almighty. Eternal life no one can take away from us as long as we stay in the faith...no perfectness required because it is impossible for us to deliver that in our human state. Once again there is some really great bible teachings from the free gracers and that is why I subscribed recently after binge watching so many videos and reflecting back to what I know I have read and studied the bible.
Calvinism uses the same redundant false interpretations that are completely out of context!!!
22:54 because the “market place” sometimes comes to your home right after you were Saved and you ( intellectually, if you had no catechisms) question “was the debt really paid?” “So why satan showed up?”
Thing is, satan doesn’t care if you were saved, he doesn’t respect it by default, he just can’t lure you out if you resist him.
He showed up in the wilderness in front of Jesus.
When it happened to me I was baffled “ is he still a boss?”5 yes, i saw that grey ever moving goo come close, when I was soaked in the anointing, no joke).
Satan’s scheme is to deceive you into backsliding.
If in your head somehow there is a secular ideal like -resist =saying no=violence =not nice= sin.,, then you are in trouble.
We can have victory over Satan and his temptations through the power we have in Jesus Christ. We are sealed with the Spirit (Eph 1:12-14) by faith, and we can overcome through putting on the elements of the armor of God (Eph. 6). Also the reminder we see in Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord! Rely on him with all your heart and in all your ways.

So im my Bible KJV in 1st Thessolonians 4:3-12 it Says for this is the Will of God. Then gos on to name off things to do and not do? Doesnt not doing Gods Will Disqualify us as i heard you before in acts about the Will of God. There is more Verses in Scripture about the Will of God, then the Phillipian Jailers question. We cant neglect any Scripture.
Seriously, for anyone actually listening to this man, consider what a massive theological contradiction he offers in the opening minutes. At 4:22-4:27 he says that EVEN if a person comes to deny Christ, they're still saved because God remembers their prior belief. But then, from 5:20-5:43, he says that believers who then go back into a works-based salvation will be condemned to hell. On the basis of his first statement, the second cannot be true. God will remember their original moment of faith, even if they later fall into a works-based salvation. This guy is a theological dumpster fire. I'm sorry. People need to see it.
Yes, yes, yes! I noticed the same thing about other _Free Grace_ adherents. They claim that you can have faith in Jesus and do OnlyFans with no issues, but if you have faith and then fall into self-righteousness, you are condemned
We're saved whether we like it or not .okay. Did you know also you're a Mason whether you'd leave the Masonic lodge or not. It all fits. Except 4 1 thing.its maison. Now you are a house. The Mason is constantly constructing a temple denying his body as the House. They changed that little fact when they formed the new lodge in 1717. But saved whether you like it or not That's a good one.
What?
you believe sin is willful , well of course it is , you are not the ultimate authority on what we as believers need to do and I am not a Bible scholar either ,be careful brother . the word of God is what I rely on . your teaching that John MacArthur is in error is not acceptable.
No talk!!! I recognize right away when he stopped an didn't go on to next verse that says where sin much abides more grace is their!!!! And not returning to swine is law,for we are under grace!!!! Don't by Christ's effort not ours cause we were, made righteous in his covering by exception of the blood to cleans us of our sins, past, present, and future!!!! God's will is to believe in son!!!!!!
Wow. I hope people actually listen to what Jesse Martinez says, and then (like the Bereans of Acts 17) test his words against what scripture says. He's truly misleading everybody he speaks to. It’s just so dangerous. Look at how he approaches this passage in Hebrews. He says of the people Hebrews is addressing,
"There is a temptation for them to apostatize, and what that means is to fall away from the truth. What truth? That Jesus is the Messiah."
So, he admits that individuals are able to willful abandon Christ as Messiah. But, what does he say immediately after that?
"To fall away from that truth is not to say 'I don't believe in Jesus anymore,' and even if they did say that, they're still saved."
There are so many passages that blow this view out of the water. It is heresy. But, he’s a clear one. Matthew 10:32-33,
“32 So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, 33 but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.”
Look at how Peter talks about this in 2 Peter 2:1-22,
“1But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep… 17 These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm. For them the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved. 18 For, speaking loud boasts of folly, they entice by sensual passions of the flesh those who are barely escaping from those who live in error. 19 They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved. 20 For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. 21 For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.”
There’s a lot to this passage, but notice that 1) these false teachers are condemned to hell and 2) They are people who have come to know the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, but are “once again entangled and overcome,” and their final state “has become worse for them than the first.” “It would be better that they never knew Christ to begin with. Folks, that’s losing salvation. Plain and simple. There a bunch of other passages that talk about this, but Jesse is a false teacher. I just hope people read their bibles for themselves, and then abandon his false teachings.
Sorry brother, but you got Hebrews 10 wrong.
To willfully continue to sin, is to continually reject the gospel, that's the message of the truth they rejected.
There is no fearful expectation of fire 🔥 for believers.
There is no condemnation for those that are IN CHRIST.
We already have other passages that speak on God's DISAPLINE.
You reject the gospel, no sacrifice for sins remains, rather jew or Christian
Yes, there is no condemnation to those in Christ who walk in the Spirit. Yes, a believer cannot go to hell. He cannot be unsealed or spiritually condemned.
Nonetheless, a believer walking in the flesh is condemned in the flesh. He could die by living in carnality. This was part of the Hebrew’s problem.
They didn’t see Christ’s work as enough to save them. The point of chapter 10 is to state that his “ONCE FOR ALL” death IS enough, so NO other sacrifice is needed. Hence “no more sacrifice for sins.” The verse is an eternal security verse.

God is not a respector of man, so
One small sin would be just as bad as one big sin, rather premeditated or not.
All sin is willful, except sin of ignorance.
That would mean we are all in danger REGUARDLESS.
THE JEWS RETURNED TO THEIR ANIMAL SACRIFICES BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE IN THE SACRIFICE OF CHRIST.
THEY REJECTED THE BLOOD OF CHRIST,
BY ACCEPTING AND TRUSTING IN THE BLOOD OF ANIMALS FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS.
THIS IS HOW THEY TRAMPLED ON THE BLOOD OF THE NEW COVENANT.
A BELIEVER WHO SINS IN IGNORANCE, IS COVERED BY CHRIST SACRIFICE.
the passage clearly says ( IF ), MEANING, HYPOTHETICAL
THIS PASSAGE IS CLEARLY SPEAKING TO ANYONE WHO HEARS THE GOSPEL AND REJECTS IT ESPECIALLY THE JEWS OF THAT TIME.
Yes this passage is an eternal security verse for those who believe the knowledge of the truth AKA THE GOSPEL.
Look, I think we agree on how someone is saved; faith in Christ, but I do believe you are truly not allowing the context to dictate what the point of this passage is. The Hebrews were saved. They did believe. They didn’t need another sacrifice for their sins. Why? Jesus is sufficient, so all who believe have his sufficient sacrifice applied to them. Even IF one willfully sins, His sacrifice is still sufficient. He doesn’t have to go to the cross to die again.
This is pertinent because the Hebrews essentially had believed in Jesus, but they came under false teaching that led them astray. They began to think Jesus’ sacrifice was insufficient.
You’re reading “no sacrifice for sins,” and you’re forcing in unbelief when in reality the context is dictate who this is referring to and why. Believers DO have a certain fearful looking to of judgment in one aspect. See 1 Cor. 3:10-15 and 2 Cor. 5:10-11. Maybe James 2:12-14. Saved individuals will be judged (not on their sin), but on their works. This is the importance of a believer serving the Lord now.
Notice as you keep reading -> “The Lord shall judge his people.”

@BibleLine
No offense, but your a sinner in the flesh,. Do you have a certain and fearful expectation of fire and judgment ?
If you do not, why not ?
What make you different 🤔
You are still wrong,
You are forcing a false judgment on the passage, this is not about rewards.
You NEVER EXPLAIN THAT CHRISTIANS DOING GOOD WORKS, ARE NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE DOING THEM TO EARN SALVATION. IT IS THE WORK OF THE INDWELLING HOLY SPIRIT! Not our flesh. So it would be great to elaborate and use more Scripture when you speak against Good works. YOU KEEP CONNECTING THEM WITH SALVATION, BUT THATS NOT BIBLICAL. How your viewing it. Godbless Pastor Jesse
I personally believe immortality is conditional. 1st timothy says God alone is immortal 2nd timothy says life and immortality was brought to light through the gospel. 1st Corrithians says mortals must put on immortality and then the saying will finally come to pass that death has been swallowed up in victory. Matthew says soul and body are destroyed in Gehenna. Jesus quotes isiah 66 24 to describe Gehenna. An image of annihilation. The word compares the flood and soddom and Gomorrah being reduced to ashes as what is to come for the ungodly in final punishment. The outpuring of God's wrath placed on Christ in our place to put him to death. I don't think God intends to immortalise sin, sinners and suffering. The original scheme of the devil was to introduce sin, sinner and suffering.
Our spirits are sternal, just were you get to spend that eternity is up to you.
Gonna be making a reaction video to all the erroneous claims and un biblical views spoken here
Good thing virtually Noone will see it. Have fun with your anti Bible religion.
The very beginning of this video made absolutely no sense whatsoever. A person can at one time put their faith in Christ and then fall away and not believe anymore and they are still saved?
I'm sorry, this is utter heresy. Paul and Christ both preach remaining in the faith, persevering, finishing the race, fighting the good fight to the very end.
I think of all the atheist videos I've watched on RUclips that are mostly former Christians. Eg, Tim Mills and the 'Harmonic Atheist' channel. Are you seriously going to tell me Tim and others like him are still saved because they "once put their faith in Jesus?"
Yes, if they believed, they are still saved.
You’re right regarding their preaching, but in what context was it preached? Salvation into eternal life or discipleship post salvation?

@@BibleLinethe apostles were disciples before being filled with the Spirit. Disciple means learner. We are all disciples.
Def no point in trying to bring folks back in the faith like the epistles implore us to do. Everyone is saved if they just believed/made mental ascent one time.
Strange doctrine. Not sure who these preachers read to find this stuff.
“And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.”
Wonder what we are saving them from? If they are saved?
“Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.”
@@Rileyed Mental ascent is just another manmade word that you subjectively applied. Again, Jesus Christ told us to believe on Him and you have everlasting life. When you read what Jesus said, do you get confused about the simple belief that a child can possess and inherit the Kingdom of God? If you believe the record that God gave us about his Son, then you know you have eternal life. Do you believe the record? Or do you not believe because you want to add your filthy self-righteous works to your salvation because you trust yourself?
1 John 5
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
@@GiftofGrace88 it’s what many teach. Repentance is the heart. Deep within man. He gives us a new heart of flesh. It’s all in the Bible. So are all false doctrines…..like make mental ascent……Warned against. And it is very common today and does zero. Talked about in the parable of the sewer. Does not bring forth fruit.
It’s just reality brother. Mental ascent doesn’t work.
When we come to him with all our heart. “Believe with all Thine heart”
This is why today it seems more than half of Christian’s act more like Satan than the unbelievers. Playing games with Gods word makes us worst off than not even getting involved with the Bible.
