What a great idea: serrations in a separate blade. Thanks for the video.

Thanks Joe, that is exactly what I thought when I first learned about this knife some years ago and I finally found one at a reasonable price - Canada is so expensive for knives that I buy very little here, I import almost every knife I buy.

Good little knife for the price. I did not know that they had a Chinese made knife. Thanks. Tony

Yes, they have a good number of Made in China knives. There are about 4 or more that are full size folders, and then a whole bunch of these little guys.

Great little edc knife. Spyderco has never been that gotcha type of knife to me, but just giving you the view and like. Great review as always.

I am not a Spyderco fan in terms of wanting a knife because it has that branding on it. I generally try to be one who judges each knife on it's own merits but I must admit that I was a bit over-enamoured with Ganzo for a while there and I want to touch everything that comes out of the Sanrenmu factory regardless of brand. So, there are exceptions for everything I guess.

Hey Jake! Keep going on with your reviews, they're great!! I had a question about these clipitools: what about the steel they used for the tool? I wanna buy the screw driver version but I'm not 100% sure the tool is 8cr13mov... Do you think this little guy would be reliable for day-to-day tasks?

I don't know if I could find out what steel they used on the tools for the knife you are asking about. What I am confident of is both the reason Spyderco and Sanrenmu have such a rock solid reputation in terms of quality and I would have no problem relying on this knife and the other clipitool variants for day-to-day tasks.
