Ellena, I love your advice because it's practical and also you're not invalidating other's fashion style preferences instead you are encouraging us to know and refine our style.❤ Thank you very much for sharing your talent and guiding us to look great!!!😍
I work my butt off, to stay in shape, I like fitted clothes, oversize makes me look like I'm wearing a Giants clothes, 4' 11" 115 lbs very Petite, I like clothes that look like Ralph Lauren, but only cheaper. Love❤ your site, and you keep it simple❤😊 Thank You😊

I so much appreciate your advice about making personal style the first priority. There’s a lot of talk about trends but they’re really irrelevant if they don’t work for the individual. I look forward to your videos. Thanks !
Thanks to you all think about complimentary colors and I walk around my closet putting things together with this information in mind. It makes a huge difference! Thank you so much! From California!
As for broches be careful not to TEAR or EXPAND the fabric of your garment. (Tearing happens easily when wearing especially if the broche is heavy, the fabric delicae and the needle on the thicker side). Fine fabrics, fine knits - don't use broches on them. Also not on silk scarves that you care about. Maybe you can put the broche on a hair elastic and fix a scarf that way, but do not use the needle. And make sure it cannot be accidentally open.
I am already used to just pause the video on every picture and take out mentioned things out of my closet for a new season ❤ somehow things get lost there, but Elena’s videos put these clothes back together in one family 😊
You got us very good news! Less oversized, more regular fitted clothes are flattering for more body typesz I think. I love the shifting to practical fashion and slower trends, I do hope you are right! I also hope we are embrazing the beauty in diversity/ the diversity in beauty ❤
Everything new in fashion is, in fact, a well-forgotten old items that just have been put away for a couple of years; fashion is cyclical, so thank- you for reminding us to stay true to our personal style, ALWAYS🎉😂❤😊 I love your content!
I just found your channel recently and I LOVE your style and how you show us how to do things. Have you done a video on scarves. How to style, colors, brands, sizes etc. I’d love to wear more but never know how to match them. Thanks!
Actually, it's tough to pinpoint exactly when a career starts. Is it when you earn your first paycheck for professional styling, or when you get your first client? But you're right, it's been more than 13 years now. So, I guess it's time to start saying it's been 13 years!
Read a comment above from lady with deformed right feet and shoe troubles. I agree. All this “fashion talk” seems to be talking to those who have no infirmities. For example, I am 60 and walk best and longest in rocker soled running shoes, or even high wedge fashionable boots with rocker soles or thicker soles. Again, some of us wear knee braces and hide them under skirts, or wider pants. Some of us have given up and wear hinged knee braces (even after knee replacements) outside our jeans. ALL of us over 50 who don’t wear glasses, are pretending we don’t need them. There are many fashionable glass options and great walking shoes and boots with rocker soles but you have to arable what you wear on your body to the shoes so the look is right. Perhaps showing some people who have infirmities and who accommodate this fashionably, even with a cane, or a walker, would be cool. I even have a very very cool walker, and in the past (no now) had a wheelchair that rocked. Remember, none of us is young forever and we all lose 10% of muscle each decade. Don’t forget about bone density either and Vitamin D. In my country mittens and gloves are worn 9 months of the year and even in summer if one does not want to get age spots. What about hats as sun protection for age spots and eyes? What about tinted eye glass lenses that change with the light outside and in? New lenses like this are awesome and they change with the light very very quickly now. Men’s shoes have coloured laces now and cool soles especially those in Spain. I can go on. Love your channel, just trying to throw out some ideas. The generation that has the most disposable money for clothing is likely those over 55 or 60 years old and may in fact be retired or part-retired. Demographics and aging needs consideration.
Dear Elena, you are a breath of fresh air among fashion influencers. I love your inspiring videos. However, when I saw the influencers you follow, I thought, naturally! I wish I could find some who have more figure like I do, for cuts that suit me more. I am an inverted triangle with a large bust. I typed myself as Soft Natural in the Kibbe system which works excellently for me and I am also Type 1/2 In DYT. I can't find someone like that, or close to it. Most busted girls on social media are either overly sexy or apple or X shape. I would love to hear if you have some recommendations.
Amen to the end of Tiktok trends, although the influencers are successful because the sheeple follow them. Thank goodness for quality content by knowledgeable creators like you!
I envy the beautiful natural fabrics that US and Europeans have access to. In Australia I feel like everything even expensive brands are such cheap quality fabrics- coarse, non breathable cheap and nasty. Ugly patterns, styles and colours. I despair. I've hardly bought any new clothes over the last few years as the recent stuff doesn't pass the " touch" test. Its even more frustrating when its so hot here most of the year and all we are provided with are synthetic materials
I would just get 2-3 pairs of custom made shoes. I know they are expensive. If that is out of your price range, see if you can run errands for the shoemaker. Babysit. Build an on-line presence for him. Diana
No thank you. I never was trendy nor was I ever out of fashion. My advice is never go to extremes. They date quickly and are a waste of money. Spend your money on quality not lots of cheap stuff.
Maybe “quiet luxury should be reversed to “Classic” style which what it really is. Maybe it makes someone to feel special. To achieve quiet Luxury with Zara products is oxymoron.

Love your style, love your recommendations, and, moreover, I love your English accent! I can see how much you work on it. My respect !!!
Thank you for your comment! And especially for mentioning my accent-yes, it's true! I'm working hard on improving my English!

The only thing I disagree with is the raw edged jeans. Not stylish, just sloppy. But I so appreciate your advice! Happy new Year
