Here's a theory idea: who do you think Deku would choose as his successor and pass One for All to? A part of me thinks he might be the last user, considering the Quirk singularity theory and how much his own quirk is damaging his own body. I feel that if he were to pass it down to someone, increasing the quirk's strength, it could possibly demolish them. What do you think?
I'm gonna save my thoughts for that for a future video but for now I'll say I think this is the end of the line for OFA but if it were anyone? I feel like it would be Eri or his own kid.
