Last week I pulled a 5 card daily best advice spread. I don’t remember the first two cards off hand but the last three were the crossroads, the stork, and the snake. I was baffled. I could NOT figure out where the snake fit. On my way back from lunch my car started making a thumping noise. I noticed a belt was shredding so I went to a mechanic to check it out. Next day I had to have them change my serpentine belt. ( which was only 3 months old) 😂😂
See, how cool is that? Every day you pull a cards, looking or for start more guess what could it mean but you find out soon. Its not like pulls when you have to waits weeks or months how will things resolve. Thats why I realy like it.
Your voice is soothing for me. It's nice to listen where I can HEAR the instructor. Some instructors suck their teeth, or do something w the camera, it throws my focus off. Thank you for your wonderful voice!!!
You are awesome 👍 biddy tarot keeps trying to get me to sign up for tarot, but like you said, once you've been bitten by the lenormand bug..... so I chose you ❤😊. Me and my husband did your 3 video mini class, and now on day 2 of your packet. My reading (practice) came true pretty quick!!! Tree, bear, bouquet. Health and growth through power, strength and a small gift. I'm still new but that's what I got. My husband went shopping and baught me some food that I needed ❤ he is still figuring his for today, woman, key, tower. Have any ideas that could help him.....?
With the daily draws it's really about seeing how your day plays out and then relating them to the cards at the end of the day (or next day). This will help with solidifying the card meanings with your day to day. My initial take on those cards though is that a woman has the answers when it comes to structuring the day. Haha love it!

Great question! You can but it is not my preference. Almost always, your next question following a yes/no will be "but why?" I prefer to pull a 5 card line showing a sequence of events or answering a specific question about a situation. You then get an inherent answer to your question with more nuanced information. Thanks for watching
@@emilyrosedivination make sence thank you but u know whats funny when i watch your videos and other videos it seems so simple but then when i try on my own almost never i can find a logical sentence and is sooo frustrating ✋😭 thanks so much for your reply❤
Am I right in thinking that there are only 3 positive cards in the deck with the other 33 being negative. Surely, if that's the case there is very little chance of pulling any positive draw. I'm just trying to understand the system properly. I've looked at the "original" meanings of the cards and going by them everything seems incredibly negative. Is it OK to step away from the original meanings and add to them. It seems the original cards were very strict with their meanings with only a few words for each card. I really want to understand Lenormand but am struggling as there is so much debate as to how the cards should be read and used. I asked on one fb page If the cards could be used for spiritual purposes and got told I should use Tarot for that. Sorry for the long post and kindest wishes.
Interesting question, Martin. I looked up "negative Lenormand cards" on the Internet and it seems that very few are actually negative. Many are considered neutral. I have been doing Lenormand for a while and have not really found my readings to be completely negative. I made myself flash cards to help me learn and looking back I feel that most of them, as adjectives just clarify but not necessarily into despair. I'm anxious to see Emily's response.
@Jean Chaney thank you so much for your helpful reply. As a "newbie" I'm finding it all very confusing going from one book to another and one Facebook page to another. Some say this book is right some say this book is right. Then you get the absolute purists who will not budge a millimetre and say the only books worthy of using are by Andy Boroveshengra or Bjorn Meuris. I've even seen it said that "spiritual" use of the cards are "New Age and foreign" with "long lists of keywords which veer far and wide of the core meanings" New to Lenormand I'm lost in this jungle at the moment.
Hi Martin - apologies this took me awhile to reply to! I actually recorded a video reply but it turned into a rant into the current lenormand culture and watching it back it wasn't very constructive :-/ So here's my two cents: - One of the best ways to learn Lenormand is to learn the essence of each card. Going beyond keywords to truly understand what the card is about. Becoming a knowledgeable, well rounded Lenormand reader in my opinion is to become a someone who is comfortable with non-duality. Since we do have these negative, positive, neutral associations we can classify things this way but context plays a HUGE role in Lenormand. For instance, if you're in an advice context, the snake is not "negative" anymore in most cases. I have soooo much more to say on this but I'll pause here. - You can use the cards however you want. There are no Lenormand police! I totally get why many may be more inclined to use Tarot or oracle cards for spiritual purposes but you can use Lenormand for these purposes too. (See my powerful reading video which I know you already have :-) - If you understand the essence of each card, you can modernize the meanings while still being true to the original meanings. Times have changed so have the way we interpret cards to some degree. Cartomancy is really about YOUR relationship to the cards so the more consistent you are with meanings the better off you will be. I always say when you're new, pick it and stick it when it comes to teachers/resources. If you have too many cooks in the kitchen things will get confusing. Once your foundation is set then this is the time to experiment with new teachers and techniques. Those are just some of my thoughts but I could talk about this forever. Hope this helps 🙂

Thank you for the kind compliment 💖
When you ask additional clarifying questions, do you leave the original draw on the table, or put those cards back in the deck?
This is totally personal preference! I generally put all cards back in the deck so they are all available again to me :-) Great question.

Can I get some link for your classes? I do Lenormand for awhile now and I wish to get in a group where we can share ideas and chalenges.
