  • Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
I was asked to walk in Nishinomiya many times and during my Shikoku tip I finally could do that. I could not walk everywhere people asked but at most places. I started from Nishinomiyakita High School (it was sort of creepy but fortunately it was Sunday), walked to Koyoen station, took a train to Shukugawa station, walked a bit in the park along Shuku river and tried to get to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, but failed.
After changing battery I forgot to check focus and as result it was too much unfocused. In any case there was nothing interesting on the way to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.
Found 2 cats. Wait, no, 3 cats.
    Map www.google.com...
    Time 09/15 around 15:00
    Filmed in UltraHD 4K 60p with Lumix GH5 camera, 8-18 f2.8-4 lens, Beholder EC1 stabilizer and Audio-Technica AT9946CM mic.
Feel free to correct my English or suggest a video to film.

10:19 North High on the left
15:18 View of Osaka from the school
    30:21 Arch bridge
40:00 Shortcut stairs with bench (I believe this area has been rebuilt a lot since the anime)
    42:25 Kōyōen Station
    48:00 Nagato's Apartment (top-right)
    52:45 Shukugawa Station
1:02:30 South down this river leads to the area where Kyon and Mikuru walk, and also the library

But they did it all by themselves! Nobody did it for them!
First of all, they saved their country for their children! And they didn't let in migrants who don't care about this land! And that's why the streets of their hometowns are clean!

These videos are a precious insight into the changing light/shadow, sounds/silences and pulses and beats of the heart of a GREAT city/country.

The first 10 minutes it doesnt even look like you're in Japan. Feels very different from the usual places you're going through. Maybe its just me but I really like how open and how big the houses in there are, the tight streets are still there though! I would definitely live in that area if I could.
Thanks again for your effort in making these.

Ah man, that part at the train station... man. I miss Japanese stations. Nishinomiya is a great place. Also love that you of course gave us a great view of that bridge at the start and I love the 3 old officers... blocking off one little road. There is no way they need that many people but it provides people with a job which is awesome.
I have to say, this walk really had my heart aching to return to Japan. You really captured every little detail about why it is so fantastic to just walk around there. Amazing video, thank you.
