- The Two-Rock Studio Signature is the latest generation of the single channel 35 watt amplifiers. Making some changes to the original Studio Pro 35, the new Studio Signature model remains a 6L6 clean amplifier for a solid pedal platform with some additions that will make the Studio Signature a continued legendary product.
New build techniques, layouts, and materials implemented over the last few years were the key starting points to this amplifier’s new construction. The added boost toggles are an obvious change at first glance, allowing the use of our potentiometers with custom tapers. Reverb send control on the back panel and a Return control on the front give room for these toggles. The Gain Structure switch can also be found on the back, allowing the same functions as the flagship Classic Reverb Signature essentially giving 3 front-end types to this already versatile clean amplifier.
New aluminum chassis, anodized in silver or black and donning new silver knobs, a black bronco cab, and black matrix grill cloth give this amp a stunning new look.

this sounded great. COuld you guys do a comparison of the two rock signature and the traditional clean. It would be a good comparison of the entry point and the high end products from two rock
Some supers saying what gain structure you were in would add a lot to the understanding the potential of this amp and appreciating what it can do

@@zeeb0w - I'm an apartment dweller. My (Fender) Excelsior at 13 W is more than enough for my little studio space ... though a Burnside amp and cab and a load box might be a solution. Like I'm not getting a matched set initially...

two rock vs magnatone ?? Good playing and demo those amps. I forgot where I heard about two rocks but they are one of the better boutique amps. reverb has going prices 2.5 K USD to 6K, around magnatone prices . . .

I'm a "Vox guy" but I think Two-Rocks sound awesome. I'm not a big fan of blackface amps for myself but clearly they really suit the people who love them. I'm curious which "family tree" you'd say Two-Rocks come from? More like the blackface or British mold? Or maybe even the boutique Dumble style?

I went to your website last night after I saw the Burnside Video. I wanted to get an idea on the cost. Besides that one not being listed all of the Two Rocks were Pre-order. Which brings me to my question, do you stock any Two Rock amps, or are all of the amps shown spoken for?
i don’t know the exact answer, but i know they had two left after they shot their first video. a lot were on pre-order, i have one on pre order too :)
How do these amps compare for home volumes say about 80 decibels. I’ve heard that the studio sig is stiff unless you have a pedal on the front end. Otherwise you have to play it relatively loud. Otherwise it seems like the 100w amps two rocks makes are much more useable because of the way their master works?
If someone is using was planning to buy a two rock strictly for home use to achieve SRV Lenny/Life without you tones what would you recommend?
Two Rocks are actually known for sounding and feeling really good at low volumes. Even the 50 and 100 watt amps are enjoyable at apartment volumes. The same cannot be said about Marshall-style amps, or many Fenders. For the tones you're after, the SS 35 and perhaps a pedal from King Tone would be a match made in heaven.

Scary - what's scary to me - is my 30 year old daughter (who has heard me play forever) saw this video & said " Jesus , that sounds like you !" to me ..... I was just playing around and showed her the vid and said " you could buy your dear old Dad one of these amps if you wanted".......... To be told i sound like Baxter is a cool ego stroke.
