I thought for sure that being sheltered-in-place due to the pandemic, I would be able to make a video or two on the weekends but it's been really hard to focus on being creative in a fun way. But I still have high hopes, fingers crossed I can get something out there. I'm glad the videos are inspiring you, though.
Hi, My Square Friend! Missing you and your great videos. Hope all is well. This is super duper cute! I will need to try it soon : ) Wishing you a Happy Easter! Blessings, Tree
Thanks for letting me know. Btw, I think that this mechanism can be modified slightly to create your lollipop pop-up request. Do you often make pop-up projects?
@@SquareType I make lots of cards, but not as many pop ups as I would like to. But now I have found your channel, I think that will change! In fact, I did one today!!
This mechanism is mindblowingly brilliant! My mind is whirling with the possibilities! Ive only ever seen this type of motion done on the inside of a card because it requires an armature crossing the fold. You've freed creativity! You're brilliant! Please, do not become discouraged. I've seen many many videos of card makers talking on the subject of how long it takes to build up subscribers. It can take a long time. In the meanwhile, your illustrative skills are wonderful and pop up & motion books sell well. Have you approached publishers with either a story or diy book idea? Amazon e-book? Just a thought.
Thank you for the kind words and so much encouragement. Content creation on demand/on a schedule really is draining so I plan to take periodic breaks as I go forward so that I don't burn out. I will notify my viewers of my planned breaks and date of return before hand so that it's not a surprise when I sign off for a bit. I do have ambitions to create a book. I would first like to build up my skills and my viewership count. Fingers crossed for when comes the time to approach publishers, I will be prepared.
Thank you for advance notice of rest breaks. I won't worry next time you don't post for awhile. I'm quite happy to wait for you to feel creatively inspired and wish to share it with us. You already have posted some wonderful things I haven't tried yet & will use the time to practice.
Fiskar, of course. Amazon isn't paying me anything but I just want to make this convenient for you so here's a link to the tool. www.amazon.com/Fiskars-Fingertip-Precision-Detail-Standard/dp/B07Q5G2DFG/ref=sr_1_2?crid=133A7AG2KGGWB&dchild=1&keywords=fiskars+craft+knife&qid=1627913383&sprefix=fiskar+craft+%2Caps%2C230&sr=8-2
I'm glad it eventually worked out for you. If any instructions in these videos are ever not clear enough to follow, let me know so I that I can clarify.
Thank you again! You are the Queen of this! I miss your videos.

@@SquareType Recently I started making pop ups more often. You can see them on FB Morkov Cveklov, or on Instagram igno100
Your accounts must be set to private.
Not intentionally. Sorry
No worries! I didn't know mine was originally set to private either until only a couple of weeks ago.
Wow! a lot of work, but very cool! I'll try to do it but I'm a little unsure.🥰
You can do it!
Wow. You are really good at this stuff. Definitely hooked me!
Thanks! Do you make a lot of pop-ups too?

I like this. It is totally cool. Adebo
Thanks! Are you currently working on any pop-up card/book projects?
Is Adebo your name?
SO COOL !
Thank you very much! Have you tried to make it yet?
@@SquareType Yes, but I had to repeat it a few times to get the measurements right.
