Exceptional, u mean except everything she did? She was trash trying to train someone too. Plus she’s a manager. My managers sucked on the grill. I was their best grill and fry product worker in my location
Rofl , it gets me the way burgers are cooked . I remember when a spatula was an important thing . I cooked in fast food and family restaurant dining both , was a meatcutter , cook and dishwasher and I still cook today for myself and others . Let's not let all those good ideas remove why we are called cooks or one day a machine will have your jobs .
@@DavidSmith-dh7es I worked in McDonald’s when I was 16 I then joined the army at 17 at went to Afghanistan at 20 I was in the British army 🇬🇧 and let me tell you that was a LOT more stressful than McDonald’s fast food jobs are stepping stones for young people to get a better job
Speed is no longer in the equation. I would much rather those burgers go directly on the bun and out the door. Drive thru is much slower now, and not getting the correct food in the bag is a common problem now. UHC system is designed to control food costs at the expense of speed.
@@pipertown I worked for McDs in a management position. This is not way fast. When you wait in drive through for 7-8 minutes and the food does not taste fresh, something is wrong.
At my job I got yelled at for doing that I knew I was right my manager yelled at me because I wasn't training the new guys right and I told them it supposed to be stack of 3 not 2
The onions is a new Thing and has totally ruined the burger even if you want plain just cheese you still have that onion flavour everyone I know has gone off McDonald’s now because of it 🤢
I don't mean to be that guy but I'm a McDonald's manager also, and you totally dropped the meat wrong, you should have dropped the first three with your right hand from front to back, and then the next three with your left hand from front to back, that way when you picked up the meat the patties would have been cooked right.

I’ve never worked a fast food job but videos like this make me want to be in that kitchen helping out.
I've never worked in ANY restaurant at all. Still good to see what's going on in the back
though!
Excellent procedures. 👍
McDonalds, California,
Exceptional technique

Not sure what store you work in but if I went this slow my manager would be screaming at me like an escaped mental hospital patient.
Impressive well-run McDonald’s!

did anyone not notice the guy droping the nuggets, he transferred the basket with blue gloves on after touching frozen nuggets.

Control food cost means more accurate orders to reduce waste
wild yap session from someone unexperienced
it's honestly way fast, it's just people like you ordering 9 burgers with 13 different modifications
@@pipertownnot an excuse. Take it order at a time every time.

Procedures in the video are followed according to the O&T Manual on atmcd.com.
As of now procedures are to place two at a time front to back :)
