It sucks how we have a report feature, but it is heavily flawed. For example, when you write a valid and reasonable report to a cheater, Fingersoft usually has a record of ignoring what you said, and the cheater on the leaderboards is set free. However, this isn't the case when it comes to legitimate players. When a legitimate player is reported, let's say someone hates you and they report you with unorthodox reason. Instead of Fingersoft detecting it as ridiculous, they immediately take action when no action is needed. That means a legitimate player can be banned even though they obeyed all rules applied to the Terms of Service. So what does this represent? Fingersoft is nothing but a lazy company who doesn't know how to program a correctly functional report feature.
