Interesting drill for kick height

So basically when throwing roundhouse kick you slightly pivot your lead leg to the outside and throw the kick

Silvafox orthodox stance - lead (left) leg moves slightly off the centreline to the left. Allows for balance and essentially a bigger swing for more power
