I was never able to get the perfect winged eyeliner, but following this tutorial was super easy and today my wings were PERFECT and even! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
OH. MY. WORD!!! I've tried to copy your wings a few times before and I just ended up with the flop version!! 😆🤣🙈 Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am definitely going to try this tomorrow!! 😆🤗🌺
This was very helpful…I never did wing tips because it always looked like your second version and gave a droopy eye. I’m going to try your technique next! Thanks for this! 😊
Thanks Diana! I've been experimenting with doing a tiny wing, getting it wrong and not figuring out why it looked terrible! Now I have an idea of what I I need to do and how to fix it when I muck it up! 😂 I've never worn liner (or much makeup at all, really) and recently I've found that my eyes are getting lost behind my glasses. Having a bit of colour on my eyelids helps but I think a wing will make a difference too!
You're the best! I am always checking for your new videos, and watching all of your old videos. They are all good and make me smile every time! This was a great tutorial, as I was getting it wrong. I am glad you are here. I am a Queen Baddie, and I love your style. You will absolutely be a Queen Baddie one day, and you already so great and funny! Love the kitties!
Keep enjoying this while you are a baby baddie. Queen baddies don’t have the smooth palate to pull it off. At least this one doesn’t. I can create a similar effect with a dark powder eyeshadow. ❤all you baddies!
I started using eyeshadow as liner at 37, 3 yrs ago. I think eyeshadow as liner is just more forgiving and more versatile for everyone. 😊 It can be blended out wherever microfolds are on ur eye, so it looks more natural without having to keep fussing w it. And u have many more shades to choose from, whether neutral or colorful. 🥰
On older eyes it isnt this easy....hooded loose skin so frustrating because it is goreous on you and on me too but it is THE hardest thing I do everyday and qtips are my best friend. I use Maybelline Waterproof Ultraliner but I think the brush isnt fine enough so I'll try YOURS...thanks! And Revlon thanks you too...
I use Cover Girl Remarkable because it doesn't flake into my eyes because I wear contact lenses but I wouldn't say it's the best mascara. I don't know what the best mascara is but one time I tried Tarte's Lights Camera Lashes and I really loved it it was just a little pricey for me.
Thank you Diana!! Your winged eyeliner is the best eye makeup I've ever seen, so it's wonderful to get a full tutorial. But what are you talking about... 10 minutes being too long? Nonsense, not by a long shot - I'd happily listen to your musings for hours on end. One question - I have that exact eyeliner and find that it doesn't really ever set - it stays blendable and smudgy for way too long. Do you apply primer or powder or anything beforehand?
Im glad you liked this! I don't set anything because I like it a teensy bit smudged. If you want a very straight and clear line you may want something a little more water resistant or water proof.
Thanks so much for not lining your lower lashes!!! It’s so aging & I don’t know why people do it (I’ve even seen where they don’t line the upper lash!).
OMG it worked on my 64 year old droopy eyes! I'm so excited! Perfect timing Diana!
That is awesome!
I never knew what to do till today

This was a revelation🤓so glad you showed the “what not to do”!
Simple, direct, clear. You are just the best. Keep on keepin on, Baby Baddie!
Wow, your eyeliner looks SO. GOOD.

Yay! I've been wanting to learn this. Your eyes always look great. Wide awake, soigné, and appealing. Bravissima!
Can't wait to try this!! Been doing it the second way but will try your method tomorrow.
Thank you! Q-tips for the win 😂 Looking for that Nyx peach wonder stick and I am wishing you had a link to it. It looks beautiful on you!
Here's a direct link but it was in the "over 40 makeup that I love" link: a.co/d/j1FzJe6

Great technique. Thank you.

This is great! Thank you for taking the time to do this for us that are challenged! ❤ Also do you ever tightline?
I don't because I wear contacts and I try hard to keep makeup out of my eyes!

UGH NO. I *never* line my lower lash either. Or use mascara on my lower lash. It makes it look like you have drawn circles around your eyes!
Amazing!!

You're beautiful.. very pretty eyes...😊

Hi! Here it is! Revlon Skinny Liquid Eyeliner, ColorStay Eye Makeup, Waterproof, Smudge-proof, Longwearing with Ultra-Fine Tip, Mahogany Flame, 0.08 oz a.co/d/ar0dqJp
Are you not supposed to put on eyeshadow before you put on eyeliner?
Honestly, I have never followed makeup rules even when I should. The answer to that is.... possibly? 😆
