I loved this lady. she was my great grand mother on my stepfathers side and i loved her to death. I remember the day she passed away. i had seen her only weeks before and told me that she was doin mighty good and was going to keep kickin till the good lord told her stop. I loved this woman. she was amazing.
What a powerful voice at 90! and the first time I've ever seen two people playing the same guitar. Fantastic. Say hello to the family from Wulai, Taiwan
I just watched your tv special on GPB.(Georgia Public Broadcast) I enjoyed it very much. It is my kind of music performed very well. Say hello to the family from Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Is this the same family of the fellow who emcees the Smoky Mtn. Folk Festival at Lake Junaluska every year? I think his name is Joe Don Queen or something like that.
I got to eat her apple butter...I came to see her all the way from new jersey.I picked a little guitar and didn't want to leave.I wish nc was everywhere.Thats the cold truth.
