My favorite part about all of this is that she says she can love herself better than he can and there is no need for another man/person to do it better. So many break up/ revenge songs are about the singer finding someone better than the previous partner and while I hope that she finds someone better if that is the path she wants to take I am glad she is loving herself and finding strength and empowerment in herself! My favorite part about all of this is that she says she can love herself better than he can and there is no need for another man/person to do it better. This song helps remind me that I rather do for myself than accept “love” from anyone else that is less than what I can give myself.
