I thought my character would meet none of the expectations in this video by I found a way to either work past them (my character is from another galaxy in another dimension) and or did meet the expectations of the video (sorry if something is spelled incorrectly... Its funny that I can spell that word but cant spell simple things...)

It's because some gachatubers have, well, _not_ child friendly content or whatever, but if you watch stuff involving LGBT gacha, it's more likely to be removed. That probably means I will be removed too. This will happen in early 2020 (January or something). Im legit crying bc my dreams of being a gachatuber ended before I even got started. Sorry 😭😭
people who animate like cutie pun pun dont really need to have a girly, kawaii look. its the animation that matters the most, of course you can draw then animate with that but what im trying to say is that its not like every single person needs to make their oc cute/girly and stuff. if you didnt know this was a pretty big problem in the gacha animation community, basically everyone says "cutie pun pun minions!!!!" Actually, I think monochromatic ocs can look really good. The shades just have to vary a lot. Only hot pink is bad,but hot pink, rosé and Old pink mixed together can look really nice.
With the colors I kinda agreed with you. However, just because colors are complimentary doesn't mean they look good together. Like for example, the colors you used on the character didn't look good. Maybe if you used more pale or darker shades it would look better. Like for example, purple and yellow(or gold) can look AMAZING together, IF you use the right shades. The colors you use for your example were too bright, and looked hideous together as a result. Bright colors CAN WORK if you use them right. Like for example, dark blue hair and neon pink eyes are my favorite combo.
Coming from someone who owns over 60 oc's. It's important to make the character appealing for others and yourself. You DO make the OC's. As well as matching colors. Also ma'am. The color circle? For new color pallets creators, it can help. But you can also use colors that don't seem to mix and make a decent color pallet. You also shouldn't make hybrids as much (If your planning on going for realism with Gacha logic) and ESPECIALLY multiple hybrids unless you can FIT every trait from the species. A purple-ish gey color and brown in a sentence doesn't make sense, right? But with creativity, I was able to make a oc with that color pallet. Remember, an OC is supposed to appeal to you, and to also make people go "That's a decent oc with a decent color pallet". And as for hair, it's depending on there style, if they are adventurous, they will most likely put there hair in a ponytail or braids. And for clothing, pick clothing that match or compliment eachother, don't go wild and add things you like. Also restrain from all bright colors, use them only for accents rather then the whole thing. I choose a color pallet of blue and white for my ocs Nast because I liked the colors and they worked well, I picked the blue from her hair and slightly darkned it and used it on her shirt and the jacket, I picked the generic jacket color for winter with a very pale yellow and goggles due to her being part dragon and flying and doing tricks. So in General, This video is helpful for new members and wanna create a oc, but you can take some of my advice too, as colors are subjective and some like one color yet the other likes another, it's the person's choice and they need to be given a opinion, don't go "What a ugly a** oc*" as it WAS there first attempt, give them tips. If it's there second and they did not take the advice and tips, they might be a lost cause if they continue not to lisent
