From Delta Colorado, This looks so good. Do this with diced pork, and one chopped medium size tomato. Substitute mushrooms with chopped hatch green chiles. That's green Chile.
Nice! This is Sanjay from Kolkata, India. I usually boil tem then fry with vegetables of choice along with chilli and soya sauce ... but that's more oriental well done turns out very well too.
For best tender and juicy pork, steak or chicken heat fry/sear meat in oil and butter until brown - about 5-10 min medium heat (each side). Next add salt and spices of choice as well as 1/3 cup of vinegar mixed with 1 tablespoon of soy-sauce. Cover pan with lid, and turn off the heat. Wait 30 min before serving - this will relax the meat and ensure that it is tender always. This method is simply the best. God bless and Jesus loves you!
I do dip in an egg wash , coated with crushed corn flakes , roasted garlic salt and pepper..And I prefer white creamy gravy with mashed taters.....But I might give this a try..Looks good...Tks..
Brown first on both sides….. then cook for 25 minutes!!?? Now that will be one tough, overdone pork chop! Better get out a sharp steak knife to cut it!
Pennsville New Jersey My mother cooked them like this what she only made a white pan gravy pepper gravy Chipotle on mashed potatoes and bread and the pork chops
Arbroath, Scotland. Sauce seems great but chops massively overcooked. Don't need fried first if you are going to cook them in that sauce for 25 minuutes.
@@mossfordgreen8725 Don’t be silly. There are other ways of cooking a chop besides a BBQ or grill. If treated under the conditions I described, they’ll be perfectly fine.
Nice and simple....looks good. BUT! What is this obsession with these cooks insisting you MUST use Un-salted butter? You put salt on the chops....you put salt in the sauce. What difference does unsalted butter make? Got me mystified.

I use tomato sauce and a little water instead of broth for tomato gravy. I wouldn't cook quite that long. Just till it pays a fork test.

Try half the butter and the other half olive oil. The flavor is wonderful, and might be healthier. Also, garlic and a splash of white wine.

From Mars....Great video, but such poor signal strength! Joking! Pretoria, South-Africa! 😜
Cook for another 25 minutes? Should feel like your eating the bottom of your shoe at that point.
Agreed these are boneless chops and
should be fully cooked in total 25 minutes
nothing worse then a dry over cooked pork chop
Not necessarily. If the chops were only browned, not fully cooked through and the simmering heat isn’t too high, 25 minutes should be fine.
@@john15008You don’t need to cook pork chops for 25 minutes…… unless you want to cook the guts out of them.
@@mossfordgreen8725 Don’t be silly. There are other ways of cooking a chop besides a BBQ or grill. If treated under the conditions I described, they’ll be perfectly fine.
@@john15008 You’re the one that’s being silly, but I guess you like leather-like chops.
