Hey Steve, I have three ionic 50ah batteries that were 99%charged and I had one go into protection mode. It was reading -1volt on the volt meter. I woke it up and got it charged to 99%. Four days later,I was fishing a tournament and the same battery discharged to 0% . I put the charger on and that battery now reads 48ah capacity. The other two are still reading 50ah capacity. I’m still confused why it went into protection mode to begin with and now the 48ah capacity. Someone mentioned a bad temperature probe…..any thoughts you have would be appreciated. Thanks
I have one that will not show up on the app and it won't take a charge. It reads 10.8 volts when disconnected. I tried your idea but didn't work. Afterwards I switched the charger bank, same results, didn't work. Is there another way to wake up an ionic battery or do you have another idea? Thanks.
I have the 12v / 125ah Ionic lithium battery (which they recommend for cranking battery) and it’s great. I have a 250 Merc Pro XS, 2 stroke and it starts it faster than my old lead / acid battery. I use it for cranking the big motor, my electronics, power poles, etc… I’ve made several fishing trips without having to charge the cranking battery because the big motor keeps it charged up with no issues. I also have (3) 12v / 50ah batteries for my trolling motor and they run strong and use very little power. Totally satisfied with the Ionic batteries.
Any idea how to "wake up" a single 36V 50aH Ionic battery? I don't have one with an issue but that is the one I bought and would like to know for future reference. Thanks!
fun as this might be i found this video again and wow there i am in the chat. So today before i went out 99 and 99 percent on both trolling batteries and again 2 hours in with a maybe 2 mph wind or just plane glass lake and one batterie dead other 90 percent. ran the tr moter at about 50 percent looking for beds. And no weeds in this lake. then ran another 2 hours at 100 percent on one batterie i guess and got off the lake and checked them. onthing for the one and still 87 on the other so again any ideas whats going on here.. how can you run a 24 volt moter on a single batterie
just found your videos and sub but can you maybe help here... sent my battery back to them with possibly this same issue and it came back with 2 charge cycles extra...there new battery 1 is 6 cycles and 2 is plus 2 but yesturday went out and battery went to zero and other 80%... pretty sure same battery is the problem but no response from them... is there possibly another issue im missing...i was on call with power pole charge today but first time was minkota charging system. any thoughts thanks
Worked for me, thanks!
Good tip Steve, some of us would call for that for sure! Nice spray foam, garage should be sweet this winter
Thanks - Any advice for when the bluetooth feature stops working?

It sounds like you may have an issue with one of the banks of your charger
New 12V 110A/H batt delivered minutes ago. 4 amp charger. First Lithium battery ever. What do I do first ?
Old batt box had built-in circuit breaker. Not using box for new batt. Do I need to install circuit breaker?
Why if both the batteries are not showing up? Can I use jumper post back?

Question: Does the battery have to be in the 'device' before the smartphone app can access the data?
