It always reminds me of a past experience when people say, “Father God” because it’s backwards from “God ‘The’ Father” it’s a short cut... allow me to explain, as you would say. 😀
When I was in a particular homeless shelter, a lady would always pray, “father god” ( it’s in small print because I don’t think that she was actually talking to “The Father” in heaven), she had her theatrical display, and then she would go on the streets with her ungodly-like habits. This was supposed to be a Christian mission for homelessness, but there was nothing Christian about it. I know this because the Lord Jesus says, “If you’re not with me you’re against me, and if you don’t gather with me, you scatter.” Those who profess to be Christian, we are to “walk (up to the light that we have) as he walked.” We’ve all been given a portion of faith, it’s up to us individually, to increase it.
The story of Mary is one of my favorites, it probably is my favorite. and Ellen White is wonderful, and so is “The Desire of Ages” explanation of His (our Saviour’s life).
Thanks again for the lecture. Very encouraging.

Dr Nedley also preached on this. Simon was the Uncle of Mary and he violated her as a young girl. Leviticus 18 was to be READ to the whole Nation once a year-- Day of Atonement…. I think.
