- In today's episode we look at a Royal Caribbean included food restaurant, El Loco Fresh. Included food is one of the best cruise amenities. El Loco Fresh is a fast casual Mexican eatery located on deck 14 outside on the pool deck. Taco, Burritos, and Chips are available and ready to be dressed up at the condiment bar. There is also a drink station and a soda machine located within El Loco Fresh. Join me as we go through the process of getting lunch here.

Finally!!! I know I have only been part of the loca family for a short while ( just a few months before the restart) but I could not help but notice that you always end with " see you on the lido" - yet I think this is the first video where I actually " See you on the lido" - lol ;-)

Yes, one of my favorite spots on the ships. Every cruise we stop for lunch or a snack, at least once.
Going on Odyssey in 2023 and Mexican food is one of my favorites so I'll definitely be going here 😋.
I love it. I had nachos and burritos almost every day. The nacho chips with carnitas was my favorite. I want to go back!!! And Anne on Symphony that greeted me every time and never made me feel bad made the experience even better.

we Loved el loco Fresh on the Navigator amazing Guacamole and other option of dressing for the tacos. fresh tortillas do I need to say more!!!!?? Fantastic place great review.

Loved this option on Oasis! It’s nice to have a free, easy option other than Sorrentos. We ate there multiple times. It’s nice that it’s on the pool deck, making it easy to grab a bite while at the pool. We even just went to grab chips and guacamole/salsa a couple times for poolside snacks.

OMG! After that video my husband is super excited to book our next cruise on Odyssey Of The Sea. We have a future cruise booking from our last cruise in Sept, with our daughter to book for spring 2023. Now we are not sure we could wait that long. 😲😂
I ate at El Loco Fresh every day for a snack on the Odyssey back in August. I’m watching this video and drooling while I’m reminiscing about the pork on the taco bar! Thanks for sharing, Tony!

I've enjoyed El Loco Fresh. We were also on Oasis a few weeks ago and they also have Portside BBQ and we really enjoyed that too!
Portside was awesome! I ate there twice. El Loco Fresh was really good too.
Just wish Portside BBQ was complimentary like Pig & Anchor is on Carnival 😞
@@simplyatsea6779 sure, free is good. But I don't mind spending a few extra dollars for something different. Can't do it this every day anyway. Also, it's included if you get the UDP.
Ate at El Loco Fresh on embarkation day on Symphony of the Seas in October. Being from Texas, I have pretty high standards where it comes to Mexican/TexMex style food. I thought they were pretty well on point, could have used a bit more spicing on the meats, but still hella tasty. Definitely think this was an improvement over the old burgers & hot dogs type grill that you often find on the Lido deck.
Was going to comment that being from Texas this kind of food is basically Monday, Wedenssday, and Friday, so I'd probably stick to the higher end stuff.

I repped the Loca Fam on my recent freedom Cruise. Wore my purple nice aft shirt while meeting friends from the FB group at the lime and coconut. Also enjoyed El Loco fresh nachos at the same time.

We are on Oasis of the Seas on 11/28 and Loco Fresh was added in her amplification last year. I am loco-excited to try it. I love Mexican food and I can't wait to eat here. Thank you for the review!
Yes, had it a few weeks ago. Our group loved it was by the pool area. Also a short walk to "Lime & Coconut" bar. Their namesake drink is awesome! Goes great with Mexican food.

We liked it aboard Freedom this past week. It was surprisingly good.
We were on a B2B2B on the Freedom up until this morning ( was at CoCo Cay with the Odyssey yesterday) and we ate at their El Loco Fresh 3 times. My favorite was the pork carnitas taco and hubby really liked the burrito. I discovered the same pork carnitas at the taco bar area at Skipper’s Grill on CoCo Cay, btw. Not usually a black bean fan but the beans and Mexican rice were also good at El Loco Fresh. Yummy.
Have not tried El Loco Fresh yet. Looking forward to when on Symphony of the Seas next year. Looks tasty 😋
Looking forward to this on Wonder, where it replaces Wipeout Cafe from previous ships. Do they serve breakfast as well like Wipeout Grill did? It was a our little secret, never crowded for breakfast and if you needed anything they didn't have, it was just one floor down to the Windjammer.

This is a great spot that we have enjoyed a few times. Nice to have poolside on a sea day, so you can grab and go without having to change clothes. Highly recommended.

You know it's going to be good when you start off with two tacos and somehow end up with a taco mound of goodness. That look yummy...I cannot wait for my Cruise in April.

El Loco Fresh is all I ate on the Freedom. What a great addition! It's like a better Chipotle. I just canceled the Allure for the Oasis just because it didn't have the El Loco Fresh on it.

I think so. Drinks have been self service.
Had El Loco Fresh on our last Oasis OTS cruise in March 2020. We loved it. Lots of selections, great food and got in and out fast. And that was pre COVID when the ship was sailing at 120% occupancy. A great lunch spot!

I love burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, so unless they do a really bad job (I'm looking at you, Guy's Burgers), I'm sure I'd enjoy it.
I tried last night to book a last-minute cruise but the available dates were directly between the dates I'm on PTO. Oh well! Next time!

Love this style of review! Really felt like I was enjoying it right along with you. I thought you were going to hockey check that lady in front of your seat! I didn't see a veggie option but you could build a pretty tasty veggie taco just from the toppings!

Yep. Had it on Symphony of the Seas for breakfast. Very nice and fresh. However, how does it compare with Blue Iguana on Carnival. Honestly, I like them both. Hard to compare. I do like the fresh tortilla making machine at the Blue Iguana.
The chips needed some cheese sauce and guacamole! The tacos looked good and messy. How was the quesadilla? And why are you waiting till 1:30 to have your 1st meal? I've never been on RCL but your videos sure make me want to try it. The food looks amazing!
I’m going to sound like a horrible person but we’ve only done adults only cruising (ocean and river) and all the kids running around in your video reminded me why.
