Thanks for the video, some very useful information, and I like the quote "the most important thing is what you do in front of the camera"

This is the most helpful video I have watched in a long time. I'll probably watch it 2 or 3 more times. I have been trying to make videos for a few months with no photography knowledge or training. The results have been dismal and I had no clue what type of equipment to buy or how to use it. Your main camera is a lot of money for features I wouldn't know how to use but the rest is affordable and more than adequate for my needs.

Please build a enclosed trailer converted into a camper with storage room for side by side vehicles preferably a 24foot trailer with 14 garage and add a bathroom kitchen and sleeping area. You make the best use of space I have seen and would love to see what you would do with this idea

Wow, lots of great content Ron. I’m considering starting my own RUclips channel and this is invaluable
By the way, purchased a new Saw Stop Pro a month ago and I am loving it.

Really glad you did this. I was looking at Rode mics. If I get one, I’ll use your link. Thank you

Glad it helped. I provided a link for the Rode from B&H which is where I purchased mine. I don't get any payment from B&H. I could provide an Amazon link that would compensate me, but RODE warns against buying from anyone buy certified RODE dealers as they will not honor the warranty.

Ron Paulk thanks for the heads up on the warranty. Plus Jeff doesn’t need any more business...lol

Thank you so much for these tips as I want to bring some of my farm and homestead work to viewers. Could you dedicate an episode or 2 toward the editing equipment, software and techniques that you use? Thanks again. Yours is probably my all time favorite channels of all the content creators I watch.

Do you use Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro? Do you think one has any specific advantages over the other?

I use FCPX. I have used APP longer and know it better, but FCPX runs better on my MBP and makes editing dual 4K streams easier. At first, I didn't like the FXPX interface as well but now prefer it.

@@TheSmartWoodshop That makes sense, I thought I remembered you saying you used APP before. Very informative video, keep 'em coming!
