Maybe start a men's group where young men in gangs can come and hear the experiences of older men that were in gangs and discuss what better life choices they can make. I think a lot of these young men just need strong role models that they can look up to. If being gang is the only real way you know to make money and get respect, unless someone shows you another way that works, it’s hatd not to take the bait.
