That's the black one, which is actually rare, and was the sought-after one back in the day.
From what I understand, the pickup is the same as the pickup in the JagStang, which was the Fender Kurt Cobain guitar.
I nearly bought the pink one at the local music store, but it was a big joke-nobody would pull it down and play it, so I did one day, and it turned out to be a monster.
It was only 269 bucks, but I waited a couple of weeks, went back, and it was gone.
They told me they sold it for 450 about 20 minutes after I left-there was a bidding war on it, and it wound up with a thrash metal player.
It had been there for 2 years, untouched, until I pulled it down.
Turns out everybody wanted it, but was afraid to be seen with it.

got one of these a few years back but its the pink version my grandpa was on a job site cleaning up a mansion that burnt down and the owner said the people cleaning could keep whatever they wanted so he brought it home for me i havent touched it in years and remember only plugging it in to see if it worked and it made sound but the strings were so loose from unravelling on themselves so i just cut them off wiped it down but didnt clean it up to much and threw it in a guitar bag and forgot about it i looked it up to see how much i could sell it for and i was dumbfounded lmao now im gonna restring it tomorrow and hope it works and try to sell it and mark it as the HELLKITTY guitar
