ALL tutorials should be as good as this one is. No long drawn out sentences, no blurry camera shots. This is a great tutorial. Thanks!!!
This video is perhaps the only video for beginners to learn how to set up there guitar like a pro. Wished I’d seen this 50 years ago! It would have had saved me 40+ years of poor setups.
Great tutorial. Got me through my first "tune up." TYVM!
Best tutorial ever! Thank you very much! =D
Very helpful video. Thanks!
That is a gorgeous guitar
Very interesting and clear! Thank you
Best guitar set-up video hands down. Thanks ;👍
Thanks ❤️
Nice roller bridge. Along with a graph-tec nut, these will keep your guitar in tune when using the Bigsby.
Sure, we do have tutorials to set up a bass, you can find them in our "Framus / Warwick Tutorials" playlist. Thanks for watching!
Great video 👍🏼🇦🇺👍🏼
Thanks for the video, don't forget the StringRay!
OMG now i know I never did a good set up.. thx 😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️
I just bought a Gretsch G5120 with a Bigsby. First time owner of a guitar with a Bigsby even though I've been playing over 50 years. Great video by the way. Seems the previous owner raised some of the individual screws directly under the strings. What's your recommendation for those?
regarding the pickup height, we do the same at both ??
IMPORTANT TIP: The bar your strings goes under to create the break angle of strings is not needed and it will stay in better tune IF YOU string it WITHOUT going under that bar. A break point is not needed.
Wouldn't this reduces the tension of the strings and make it even easier to play ? Sounds like a win-win
Run the strings OVER the roller, not under it, unless you like
having a lot of tuning problems. Also its much easier to re-string
if you pull out those pins and drill through that bar. Then you
can run the strings right through the bar without having to mess with those pins !!!
Doesn't work on every guitar, I tried this on my modern player jag, "which I put a bigsby b50 on"... and the strings constantly pop out of the saddles, no matter how high I adjust the bridge.
a roller bridge is really necessary to keep the tune when using a bigsby?
OSOM
what about a bass??
bless
Are you asking if it's possible to mount a Bigsby vibrato to a bass?
Wait just a cotton picking minute .... Something is wrong, this video actually makes me feel like I could do this myself! 😂
Ya, what gives!?
I pushed down on the string in front of and behind the saddle and the string snapped. Brand new strings wasted. I'm not blaming the video uploaded, just beware to others who might do the same.
nope...i mean a tutorial to set a bass..
i have to do the same?
Very good instruction. I must say, however, those wire-cutters are too large and heavy for working on guitars. Get some smaller ones that won't dent the guitar IF axe-idently dropped.
Классная электрогитара но слишком дорогая для простого Украинца. Привет из Украины.
