Brother my new da urban chair's gas lift is going down like an inch rapidly when I sit on it and coming back up when I stand up. Is it normal or any problem is there?

I think it's normal.. Same situation is with my chair also. At my office all chairs are also have same condition even though these are from other manufacturing company.
