As I get older I can see owning whatever they have in a few years that is similar to this form factor. I just can't do the hardware chase I did for so many years, lol.
It's looks like a cool piece of hardware, but I'm a bit skeptical. I seen allot of mini-PCs on Amazon among other sites. They look convenient but I don't know if it'll handle video editing or digital art software? Still, it's cool to see an actual in depth review of one of these little guys.
I wouldn't use one of these for anything higher than 1080p video editing. They just don't have the grunt. They're best used for basic home applications such as movie streaming (4k is fine) or older gaming.
hmmm... temping to get one to use as a media server at a decent price. The prices on some of these mini pcs start reaching the price of a basic full build pc which is a no go for me, but the prices for either one is rock soild.
Some mini PCs from CHUWI are small enough to fit easily in the palm of a hand. Gman lives: "If you're one of those people who play games with motion blur on, you're dead to me!"😠 😄😄😄
MP60 was a N95 and the ram is non upgradable and single channel. How is this MP80 any better? Also running windows display at 4K doesnt mean a game is rendering in 4K.
That's right. I know Rayman wasn't rendering at 4k which is why I say the game is switching resolution when the screen blacks out. Running Metro 2033 in 4K basically froze the system. Sadly this isn't upgradeable.
My baked beans are also in a "Tinny" 😂😂😂
and Australian lager. 🍺
Purchased this off Amazon Mark. A cool device to have and well worth the price. Thank you for sharing this for others to take notice. 8^)
Anthony..
Enjoy it
To get the "Stats for Nerds" up on your video, you need to right-click on the video and the option's right at the bottom of the pop-up menu 😊
Ah, I see. Has that changed? Sure it used to be in the menu area.
@@RetroCore I think it changed a couple of years ago with one of RUclips's many redesigns...
Man, I'm way behind 😅
Impressive little thing. For more gpu power there's also the N97 which even beats the latest N100 somehow.

I know just what you mean. It's the main reason why I've never been a PC gamer.
Lucky you! Nice Nec PCE Cd-Rom Interface Unit backward. Mines are not working anymore! 😅
Sorry to hear that. I guess it's the typical gear issue?
I got my mp80 from EU seller and there was only 2,4 ghz wifi. It was impossible to watch 4K normally
That's ashame. . Maybe they switched out the Wi-Fi card?

Yeah, this particular model at 180usd or there about is a great deal for the performance.

I notice it has an Intel Haswell sticker. Whether that's true or not, I don't know.
It's true 👍
Is this PC Small? Metallic? ... ah ok its both😄✌️😎
I go fishing in my tinny.
Never make thumbnail cards when sleepy 😅
