This is an enchanting video! (And MiniaturWunderland on Google Maps a wonderful idea!) As always, though, Google fails to give credit to the creators, which is a shame. This should be on every video description published online. Music: "Creepy Catherine", by Bobby Tahouri, from the amazing album _The American Scream_ (OST for the 2012 documentary with the same title). Bobby Tahouri is a fantastic musician who has created and produced additional music for _Game of Thrones_ or _Despicable Me 2_, for example.
Luis wants them to credit the music in the video. You seemed to think they provided such credit by mentioning Wunderland at the end. but mentioning Wunderland is not crediting the musician. It's simply the location of this video.
I've visited it a few years ago, spent one day there. It was so great. But even with one day in Miniatur Wunderland I haven't seen all those details yet 😅
I also enjoyed seeing it in person. Also have ended up making a 4K 60 FPS version of my own footage. ruclips.net/video/Ty3ToF-xDRE/видео.html Check out my short and extended version! :D

I have visited Miniatur Wunderland twice, each time always amazed. I remember one hot summers day, there was a small delay in opening the doors to Wunderland, as an apology the staff gave everyone in the queue a free ice cream, to say sorry and to cool down while waiting, great customer care! This is where dedication, creativity, engineering genius and passion for detail live for all things miniature.
Thank you +Google Maps for all of the marvels of technology that we use everyday (and we sometimes take for granted), and thanks to all the wonderful people that make it happen, like these creative modelers. Well done!
Why is Google taking the credit for something they only paid to put their name on? Not once was any creator mentioned. I swear people think the average Google employee is given an assignment like this to do in their spare time. This will be a project from another company, group of artists who Google threw money at
well the title needs to change. this is NOT the worlds largest model railway. it is the worlds most diverse model but not the largest. the largest is still northlandz in new jersey. according to MIniatur Wunderland's PDF file. the current model area of this is only 1,300 square meters or 14,000 square feet, after completion it will be 2,300 square meters or 25,000 square feet. either way that is much smaller then northlandz which is currently in a 50,000 square foot or 4,645 square meter building and which is currently more than triple the current MIniatur Wunderland's model and after MIniatur Wunderland's is complete northlandz will still be more than double MIniatur Wunderland's size.
repoman That's not correct. The northlandz building footprint is 4645 square meters. In the wunderland the building footprint is 7000 square meters, only the model area ist 1500 square meters. I don't know how big this is in northlandz, but the wunderland also has longer tracks in total as well
actually that is correct. the layout of the northlandz is bigger than MIniatur Wunderland. here are the two stat pages for the two. MIniatur Wunderland www.miniatur-wunderland.com/visit/travel-guide/ northlandz www.northlandz.com/stats.html you can do the conversions for metric to English/imperial if you want.
because in order to even be attempt to be in the book the owner has to call them and ask them to come to verify that that they have or are going to do will be a record. northlandz owner doesn't care about being in the book. it started out as a hobby in his basement and it grew into what it is today.
read the title of this video. they are claiming "the biggest model railway" and its not. I did say this is the most diverse model but its not the biggest model railway or railroad depending on what you want to call it. and in several other videos, they are claiming the biggest model railroad and most of it is the airport, or water ways and not the railroad itself. I have not disagreed with you on this being the biggest model world but it is not the biggest railway. that title still belongs to northlandz.
