Then it's the turn to renovate the exterior. The boy introduced a new landscape, from planting trees, creating a beautiful small garden, to repainting the walls and upgrading the lighting system. The house becomes interesting and blends in with its surroundings.
Every day, the young man is proud to return to his new home. It was not just a residence, but a symbol of renewal and a new beginning in his life. Entering this house, he feels hope and a sense of freedom, ready to discover great things in the future.

Why on earth would these people do all this work and money into these homes for a rental? You should own your home to do that much.
Some renters come into an agreement: Fix the place right aka do a remedial Reno, and don't pay rent for a year or for a specific time. At times, your rent can be extremely low... It works out for us in the low income status.

The adhesive panels look great - for now - but they will not wear well with use, especially when dirt gets stuck in the seams and you'll come to realize that proper paneling and countertops would have increased the value of the home. Also you might want to paint the walls first rather than taking a chance of overspraying your carpentry efforts.

I do appreciate all your effort on renewing this place to become your home, but as some guys have already said, why spending so much time and money on a property that's rented? But anyway, I would have spent more on floor quality as well as toilet isolation tiles than wooden panels everywhere cause I doubt about the efficiency and longevity of it such in areas that get humidity. Sorry, but I wouldn't cover the kitchen window as well!! Congrats for final work!!!

You did a lovely job , I love how you care for your animals . But it’s a waist of money for a rental the kind of skills you could of renovated an abandoned house which there’s a lot around china and properly would have cost peanuts to buy .
