My knees did the exact same thing with the lockdown and no longer walking/playing basketball.

This is literally me even today at gym. No pain at all just a click when I Squat. I found today bringing my legs a little closer its not as prominent.

The problem is, clicking nearly always means grinding too. Clicking comes from grinding.
