Great video - it did enable me to understand the working principle; as I could understand it correctly from your document titled "IN-FLOW". I therefore urge you to correct the schematic in that document to show there's only one heating element in between the two temperature measures - as it is now a misleading or at least it doesn't match what is in here in this video. Same could be said about the graph in the document as well.
Thank you for offering us this leading technology - keep it up Bronkhorst!

Thank you for your comments and compliments. Please be informed that Bronkhorst applies two varieties of thermal mass flow sensor (by-pass style): a two-wire and a three-wire version. The two-wire version (as show at the graphic in our IN-FLOW document) is explained in another video: ruclips.net/video/lMkkXo1KkxA/видео.htmlrel=0&autoplay=1&vq=hd720

Hi there excellent animations I really enjoyed it. Can you please tell me how this flow meter is used in natural gas applications? Will it not disturb the natural gas due to its convective heat transfer?

Hi, only a fraction of the total flow will slightly be heated in the thermal flow sensor, which is placed in a by-pass construction, so there will be no disturbance.

Great animations I really loved it.. Can you explain how to differentiate the cooling effect caused by change in the flow rate of the liquid and change in density.

Hi, thanks for your question. You can find the answer in paragraph 1.8 of our instruction manual 9.17.001. This manual can be downloaded from our website www.bronkhorst.com (go to Downloads - Instruction Manuals / Quick Installation Guides, select: Manual Mass Flow Pressure Meters - Controllers.)

Hi, there may be various reasons that caused this problem. You inlet pressure may be too low, so you do not have enough differential pressure for the control valve. Did you compare the P1/P2 on the technical label of the instrument? Another possibility is that your instrument is clogged. In our instruction manuals you will find more trouble shooting topics. If this does not help, please contact our nearest distributor. Please see our website bronkhorst.com under menu item Distributors.

Hello! It is possible to make a backup of my mass already calibrated, and then reload the configuration.

I am not sure if I understand your question well... our digital instruments have a resettable counter function on board, but do not store total values after reset. For further discussion, please submit our contact form via www.bronkhorst.com/int/about/contact and if you do so, please indicate the model and serial number of the flow meter or controller. Thanks!
