Hang in there whit - I know what depression is like (I had severe depression in my 20s) but once I hit 30 it dramatically lessened and also it really gets embedded in your mind that it will pass. You are doing such a great job in trying to keep it in perspective and continue your routine as much as you can. I think a lot of people look up to you because you’re human and you’re honest. I only follow 2 vlogs and you are by far my favorite 💕

But the chemical sunscreen in there I was told is toxic to the body? And irritates the skin? But it looks amazing but the two first ingredients aren’t the best.
If you’re able to, I’d look into retinA. It’s a god sent. Solved all my skin issues. It is something you have to make sure to keep using and get through the “purge & peel & red” phase. But once you pass it, it’s so worth it.

And lately I CANT STOP breaking out around my mouth mostly which I did read is usually hormonal. And I was like wtf why 😫😫 so I’m happy to know it’s not just me!! You need to update us on what you are using to help because I need suggestions!!

I had horrible hormonal acne when I got off and on the pill again and one of the things that helped SOOOO FRICKINGGG MUCH was the AlaniNu Balance Supplement. And let me tell you Whit, OH MY GOD!
