The intro, along with the police outfit is a reference to Idubbbz's Content Cop series. It's classic 2015 RUclips stuff. Idubbbz would call out certain youtubers and "bring them to justice" so to speak.

Five Guys, damn right. If youre nice to the guys, they'll give you an entire bag full of fries for a small order, so much so that they tell you to freeze them and refry them, toss em in malt vinegar and sea salt for a crispy snack delight...and they weren't freaking lying, amazing.
In early television, there was a system of feeding answers to contestants to rig the game. Television Standards & Practices had to step in. Now every game show has to be completely vetted for fairness/ no cheating. You can watch the movie Quiz Show if you’re interested in the subject. Adding that there are rules for sweepstakes & that’s why there is always a mail in option for eligibility. You can’t force people to buy in order to be prize eligible.
