I'm really wanting to upgrade to a 4k smart TV because I'm really big into gaming especially when it comes to First Person Shooters (mainly; Call Of Duty) BUT I'm not really able to afford Bunch of the TV's I am seeing nowadays being listed brand especially if they are brand new but I'm not really wanting to purchase hundreds of dollars on something that has been pre-owned and could completely just give out at any given moment. Do you have any recommendations or can you help guide me in a way such as listing your top 3 tvs you would recommend to me and tell me exactly why u would recommend them? As someone who brought this tv almost a week ago I have to say I’m impressed my family had a tu7000 in the living room at our other house and I got this for my bedroom and I have to say in the comparison the colors and brightness is better I know there’s even better tvs out there even from Samsung but for me it’s a great buy highly recommend.
@screeyper 60Hz, advertised as 50Hz minimum so that's probably why the other person said that, you'll see, at least in Europe, most TVs are advertised as minimum 50Hz unless they are capable of more than 60Hz (usually 120Hz or 144Hz), that's because 50Hz is a leftover form the broadcast standard, but they are all 60Hz panels.
I am facing same issue for Samsung 75 inch TV CUP7000...it will auto power of every one hour and apps stuck to open to freeze..planning to return Samsung TV and buy LG UR8000 75 in TV ?

Our hisense 70" television from 2021, all the sudden went off the rails, and left us high and dry as for entertainment in the family room, and as a replacement, we picked this TV up. I was incredibly surprised, Incredible Clarity, Incredible sound, Incredible ease of set UP with my Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA, Not mention MY VIDEOS LOOK AMAZING (LOL). This set will definitely steer me into pursuing upper models of Samsung tvs, if this is only the budget model. I WAS BLOWN AWAY.
I bought a TCL tv in 2021 and it just died, its HDR was terrible anyway I’m thinking about buying this Samsung or the LG equivalent. Never buying cheap stuff like TCL ever again
I bought this less than a week ago as a gift for my dad it was on Mother's Day promo for just $330. I love this as someone who is first time smart tv user. It is user friendly especially to my father who is not into with the modern tv technology. I rate it 8 out of 10.
For the price point. It's hard to find any major complainants and IMO a great buy. I upgraded to the 70" version of this Samsung tv from a 8 year old Vizio 55" and it is night and day difference. We upgraded our Netflix, Hulu, etc to HDR and the picture quality far exceeded my expectations for what we paid. Will be great for us for the next 4-5 years. And then will we will upgrade to a LG top end Model.

Am enjoying the 65" variant of this TV now. Quite happy with it, but noticed a bit of delay with remote control when watching Netflix/Disney plus. Could be due to processor's age. BTW, i also bought an LG for the bedroom and realised that LG's OS UI and remote is more intuitive than Samsung. Might make me jump over to LG OLED once this Samsung become EOL!

Great review just bought one of these and I am using it with a mac mini as a monitor, looks great. Plenty of room for multiple apps to be open at the same time.

This is a tv that varies a lot from size to size and week to week. I sell these, and when they get returned, its either a VA or IPS panel. The 65" CU7000 we sell is parked mext to a 70" TU7000, and the TU7000 in this exact case looks better in the side by side. In general, its my least favoeite model when selling TVs, but if this is the bottom, the future is looking pretty good. I atill prefer the equally priced LG UR8000 for its better remote, louder speaker, and brigter backlight. Both models have panel lottery, so who knows the screen you are getting.
I bought this tv from target for 350 I got the 50inch I got it for my room & I gotta say this tv is great for movies and games 10/10 for me especially for the price point
I do want to point out something to potential tv buyers. Edge lit vs Direct lit... Both may have similar images, However, for me the main difference is that edge lit is much thinner. IMO, the thinness means a more flimsy build quality. I have even noticed them at stores appearing cheaper made compared to the thicker, more sturdy built direct lit tv's. For me, I'm going with the better build quality especially if you are going with a larger size tv.

My Mitsubishi 1080P projector TV just went on the blink so I’m researching what I can comfortably afford by Thnx Giving w/outta town friends & fam visiting. I bought a 58" version last month. Super disappointed with the glare and overall lack of brightness. The room it was in only had moderate daylight coming it too. I returned it and got a Hisense model which I found to be much brighter.
pleaseeeee take that hisense back !!! it's the worst. Check the reviews on them they break down exactly in 2 years. Horrible Brand i would never get another one. i had 2 of them and when i went to you tube to see who else experienced the issue i had, over 100 people in comments agreed.

I've noticed the blurriness is usually only noticeable on some standard definition channels. It's called the CU7100 in the UK but it's exactly the same TV. It's much better than the LG 55UN73006LA which I had previously.
Just purchased the 75 inch variant of this model on sale at Best Buy yesterday. Normally $749.99 i got it for $699.99. Was a bitch to get home but once i did i was VERY happy with it.
Got this tv!! The 42 “ to be exact.. not a gamer, i just needed something for my room for my wife to watch. Was going to go for a Vizio but the Best Buy employee pointed out the Samsung is a 4K, so why not!! And it was on sale..

You get what you pay for and the quality is there. As for size, I have a medium sized room in an apartment, and it fits well. Color is great, picture quality is nice too! solid 8 out of 10 . Hey Steve, I’d like to suggest that you provide more basic information about using the remote. My previous Samsung TV lasted me 13 years, now I’m a bit lost with using my new remote. I bet there’s lots of people who know all about their professions, accounting, pharmacy, operating heavy equipment… but don’t know, don’t need or want to know all the techie type things. But they need to learn how to use the various features of their new TV. The operating instructions from Samsung are not very helpful.
Some people who have this TV model for 2 years complain that the panel appears a black 10 cm line and even if u change the panel, the black line will appear again after 3-4 months. Anyone who owns this TV for more than.2 years has this issue?
I got this TV about a week ago for my guest room but I returned it, I loved the responsiveness and operating menu on the TV but the image was pretty bad on the TV I got. The edge lit technology used in this TV makes it to where brighter light bleeds all around the entire edge of the screen, its really noticeable on darker scenes or menus. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not but its definitely something to keep in mind and look out for when setting up this TV for the first time for any potential buyers.
I think you got a defective unit. I just bought the 65" variant this week and there wasnt light bleed during dark scenes. Quite happy with the image quality at my end.

My Vizio from Walmart went on my after 2.5 years and this is the replacement model they’re using to replace it. They’re honestly upgrading it by 200$ from the Vizio.

Steve i heard you mention that Samsung makes a Q-Symphony soundbar that allows you to play it and the tv speakers simultaneously. I have this exact tv and notice some audio sync issues on some streaming platforms. Can this be due to the optical cable im using? Would the aforementioned samsung soundbar rectify this? Thanks!

I have the 85" and it's just fine. The next step up would've added $500. Not worth the difference and I don't like voice remotes anyway. I don't want too many things in my place listening. Basically the only listening I have is my phone. I don't do much gaming but for my football, it's just fine.

I've noticed the blurriness is usually only noticeable on some standard definition channels. It's called the CU7100 in the UK but it's exactly the same TV. It's much better than the LG 55UN73006LA which I had previously.
Is there any way I can make it more clear. It looks like I am watching tv in 720p
It’s all about the source, if you use old media and iptv it will look blurry but if you play native apps it’s much clearer

Got this tv!! The 42 “ to be exact.. not a gamer, i just needed something for my room for my wife to watch. Was going to go for a Vizio but the Best Buy employee pointed out the Samsung is a 4K, so why not!! And it was on sale..

@@rifgarasheed5955 8/10 i really like Samsung products now for TV’s. it’s does exactly what I need it to do. and I like the pop ups for smart tv, apps and Samsung tv plus.
You get what you pay for and the quality is there. As for size, I have a medium sized room in an apartment, and it fits well. Color is great, picture quality is nice too! solid 8 out of 10 . Quality stuff for the price !

CU8000 has a wider range of colours but the downside is that the sound is not as good.
Hey Steve, I’d like to suggest that you provide more basic information about using the remote. My previous Samsung TV lasted me 13 years, now I’m a bit lost with using my new remote. I bet there’s lots of people who know all about their professions, accounting, pharmacy, operating heavy equipment… but don’t know, don’t need or want to know all the techie type things. But they need to learn how to use the various features of their new TV.
The operating instructions from Samsung are not very helpful.
Some people who have this TV model for 2 years complain that the panel appears a black 10 cm line and even if u change the panel, the black line will appear again after 3-4 months. Anyone who owns this TV for more than.2 years has this issue?
I got this TV about a week ago for my guest room but I returned it, I loved the responsiveness and operating menu on the TV but the image was pretty bad on the TV I got. The edge lit technology used in this TV makes it to where brighter light bleeds all around the entire edge of the screen, its really noticeable on darker scenes or menus. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not but its definitely something to keep in mind and look out for when setting up this TV for the first time for any potential buyers.
I think you got a defective unit. I just bought the 65" variant this week and there wasnt light bleed during dark scenes. Quite happy with the image quality at my end.
@@eldridchapman8942 all edge lit tvs have light bleed.this is very cheap display,at no point does this tv compare to the newer direct lit/mini led tvs.

I figured the c2 and the QN90B from last year, I spent over $3400 with taxes and I lost a lot of money and now they are almost half price to sell now, I figured for that kind of money i could have purchased 7-10 budget models and helped more people instead of making videos that everyone is making.

My Vizio from Walmart went on my after 2.5 years and this is the replacement model they’re using to replace it. They’re honestly upgrading it by 200$ from the Vizio.

Steve i heard you mention that Samsung makes a Q-Symphony soundbar that allows you to play it and the tv speakers simultaneously. I have this exact tv and notice some audio sync issues on some streaming platforms. Can this be due to the optical cable im using? Would the aforementioned samsung soundbar rectify this? Thanks!
I doubt it, looks for pcm// bit stream settings some where in the sound menu and test both

Hey I have a question I got my Xbox to do hdr+ by switching to pc on the input but I accidentally switched it back and now I can’t switch it back to hdr +(4:4:4) I even did a factory reset the Xbox actually looked amazing with this on now I can’t get it back I need help please and or recommend HDR settings for gaming

Hello sir in our samsung cu7000 tv 43 inch does not have gaming hub icon. Where to find it even if i'm in the menu button, sidebar and below the search button and game icon does not appear. Where to unlock it?
I have the 85" and it's just fine. The next step up would've added $500. Not worth the difference and I don't like voice remotes anyway. I don't want too many things in my place listening. Basically the only listening I have is my phone. I don't do much gaming but for my football, it's just fine.
The voice control remote only listens when you press the button, it’s not like a standalone Amazon echo
