Just an FYI, I've seen all 9 episodes, and the episodes with Kahhori will premiere on December 27th and 30th. After the New Year, I'll go ahead and give my more spoiler centric review for y'all.
When I saw Kahhori's face flash by in her paints during the What If? logos, I was immediately intrigued. Learning that she's Mohawk as well turns me from intrigued to super-pumped. I have Mohawk in my ancestry so AC3 was a lot more exciting for me than the average gamer, I'm sure these episodes will put me over the moon. Thanks for this video, I hope you're recovering well, miigwetch
Marvel's "What If" does not spend time developing characters because they usually follow established characters so that they do not need extensive development.
I'm glad to hear how excited you are for this new Mohawk Superhero. There aren't alot of indigenous superheroes in Marvel comics but I hope this opens the door for them to be introduced like the new Werewolf by Night, Warpath, or the Spirit Rider Kushala.
I think the show is setting Kahhori up to be her world's version of Captain America. There's a graphic novel called Marvel 1608, which is an Avengers story set in the early 17th century, and there's an episode of What If...? this season titled "What if the Avengers assembled in 1602?" which is a riff on that. Kahhori is a much better choice than the Cap in Marvel 1608. Who is basically Steve Rogers but raised by Native Americans. SMH.
Thanks so much, man! this was great, as were your Reservation Dogs analysis. looking forward to more from you and so glad your channel is growing and your voice is reaching more people. rock on, my dude. peace.
Listening to this makes me want to finish _Assassins Creed III_ ... I was waiting to get to Ratonhnhaké:ton's story but I found the first few chapters (where you play as his father) too tedious.
The opening with his father can be a slog but it does help to setup the overarching story and the game gets alot better once you get to the main storyline. The ending is heart breaking though given how history plays out for Natives and enslaved Africans once the Revolutionary War is over.
Ohh do you have any thoughts about the upcoming Avatar the Last Airbender series coming to Netflix? It’s got some native rep in there too. Also Halloween idea the Black Phone also had some native representations and I’m curious to know what your take on it would be.
I WANT DISNEY TO MAKE MORE NATIVE AMERICAN STORIES THEIR ARE A HUNDREDS OF NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES AND NATIONS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES PERFECT FOR STORIES
0:13 Not gonna lie she not that bad just a rushed Mary sue and kinda reminds me of an OC character I had that’s based on the fact of what if Katara was the avatar
Honestly, I like your free-style presentations on Native media. You are natural, and free in what you have to say. Please keep doing what you're doing. I'm not into Marvel, yet, you got me interested in watching this "What If" based on our Mohawk Relations. Aééhé! 🪶

I love her I love her I love her.
My favorite episode hands down
Prey does have an original language audio but unfortunately it's a dub.
Yes, I covered that extensively in my reviews of the film. I have a whole playlist on my channel dedicated to my coverage of that film. Check it out.
This is exciting! I think the TV side of Marvel has been drawing me way more than the movie side lately
Is there a story line for spider man where in the spidy universe where one is from the Navajo nation? Due to spider women… 😅
As far as i know, she's in the game marvel strike force. I never saw her in anything outside of that.
For those who are interested.. song used in this episode is titled: "Prophecy Song" by Joanne Shenandoah 😊
Really looking forward to the full-on spoiler review!

However Prey does also have an indigenous language track
Reminds me of Katara from ATLA...
Similar mindsets yea
Not gonna lie she reminds me of an OC character I had that’s based on the fact of what if Katara was the avatar

Well that can be arranged

Do you write fan fiction? I’d love to see how you interpret Katara as the Avatar!
