@@sic22l Yes with the latest facelift they nailed that part also. It is correct that the older versions of the same car was TOO noisy. The new one is just as silent inside at 130 km/t as the best in the class. A Ford Focus is way more noisy for example.
My Dad bought this exact same car and I bought the Fabia 150hp, we got the same power performance overall but that interior looks so so much better than my poor fabia 🤣

I believe they don’t have it as a option, you can get a kit that’s made for the Mazda3 a bit pricey and a little difficult to put on as you have to take door panels off etc from a place called Mikstore.
There is something I don't understand I own a mazda 3 2016, it's a front wheel drive car and it has a 2.0L, with a 165hp. I tested it from 0-100km and it did around 7 seconds, I managed to do 245km top speed. I'm from Israel if you are wondering where I tested it

there is not a huge difference. the x comes alive over 5000rpm where it is more eager to pull right into redline. but at everyday rpm from 2000-3000 there is not much in it between the two. and all 1.4l/1.5l turbo engines from other rmanufacturers offer hugely more torque in that scenario.

I'm pleasantly surprised about the how smooth and easy the engine is, very low rpm are silk smooth, but the lack of torque is really horrible. And the gears are freaking long and it feels unwilling to rev high. I would really like to also drive a skyactiv X and feel the difference. I hope it's small Indeed or I will regret BYU g the skyactiv G 😅

Skyactiv-X Überholvorgang 60-100 km/h (2. Gang) 4,5 s Elastizität 60-100 km/h (4./5./6. Gang) 8,5/12,2/20,6 s Skyactiv G Überholvorgang 60-100 km/h (2. Gang) 5,4 s Elastizität 60-100 km/h (4./5./6. Gang) 10,6/14,6/20,4 s so the X is quite a bit quicker the more you rev it, but at low rpms there is not much in it. they even write that in the test "below 3000rpm you cant feel much of the higher output". interestingly the older Mazda 3 with the 165hp skyactiv-g was quite a bit more eager than both, but that car was ~100kg lighter with much shorter gearing.
Check corolla, still I can't process why they put awesome hybrid drivetrain into very average chassis with less than satisfying interior. I have yaris in top spec which is great car overall but when you pay 25k euro for car and hear rain noise hitting on roof like you are staying on bus stop then you have second thoughts. I had and ordered Mazda 3 sedan. 😊
Seems the Mazda 3 (or any stiff riding car) isnt right for European cities with cobblestone streets. I have a 2021 turbo hatch and the constant jiggling would have me considering a softer riding car
you can hear that supercharger and it is so good. Not loud as fck and not silent it is where it should be so it interacts beautifully with that 2.0 engine sound. Also for those who say that it is only part for the scci system and has nothing to do with perfomance...it is a supercharger and it is there to pressurice air into the cylinders so of course it increases perfomance
They are different engines but that's a true thing that you can tune Skyactive G up to 180 hp. You can do that even with the cheaper 120 hp variant. That's without any mechanical changes of course. Only electronics.
Its not the torque , 240 is pretty good torque for a hatchback. It seems slow because its max torque is at 4.000rpm and its gears are very long. The engine is actually quite powerful

Audi a3 35tfsi 250NM , ford focus 190NM, Hyundai i30 1.5T 250NM. Dual clutch transmision plays a big role on those cars. Also i have driven the new 2024 cx30 with same engine and i was surprised from how well it was pulling from low rpm despite torque is high. My friend has a 2022 audi a3 35tfsi which is very strong however i ensure you mazda 3 and cx30 (IN MANUAL) are faster than most cars with 1.5T engines
Fajne autko, ale przyspieszenie dupy nie urywa ;) Honda Civic VIII generacji 1.8 140KM pierwszą sektę robi nieco poniżej 9 sekund, mimo iż to znacznie starsza konstrukcja i ma 10KM mniej.
