In doing this your personal social life can improve because the thoughts of acceptance or rejection is not even considered. It seem like time flies by so quickly when the level of stress is no longer a major factor in life. Self respect is very important in order to strengthen our mental stability and protect our pride as a women. When your Spirit is allowed to guide you, everything that follows should be welcomed as a sign of advancement and maturity. Women it's not good to age and think back and forget what was a blessing, and what was a terrible curse. It's important to try and make the right decisions for not only your own peace, but also your children. The kids always see the change and stress in Mom. Positive healing is always going to open up many blind spots that were suffocating your joy and peace. ❤ ms.b

I did not marry until i was 33 & if my future husband did not have the 7 qualities I wanted in a marriage there would have been no marriage even of he had 6 I would walk away it had to be 7 . I have always been my own best friend & make myself happy . The 7 qualities are communication, honesty,trust, trustworthy,they share your values,respect, fiances ( putting your money together ,not buying big items unless discussed with each other ) So many marriages relationships fail when there is no communication people assume the other knows how they feel or what they think not so ) Be so true to yourself because you are so WORTHY , NEVER settle for less when you can have the best, & if it means no marriage/relationship so be it,because in the end you will always have yourself be your own best friend . You have the best friend in the entire world that is God to go to everyday with this struggle & he knows what you are going through ! I had one too many heartbreaks and decided 9 years ago to abstain from copulating. Being that this was the third time I've decided to take this journey, I honestly thought it would only be about 2-3 years as they had been in prior years. But this time around was and is different. My level of self-love, self-worth, maturity in my relationship with God, and appreciation for health on all levels (mental, emotional and physical) have been my driving points in staying on my peaceful journey of abstinence and singleness for 9 years straight. I am absolutely happy.
I refuse to date any man just to say I'm in a relationship. I need to know without a shadow of doubt that the man I break my abstinence with is from no other spirit than that of God. 🙂
Stay strong my sister. Keep God in the forefront and trust me whenI tell you the journey is well worth it. 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Love and light 💫💚 the statement to just love me touch me to my spirit..I need to love my body period and stop letting society put on me what I should look like..my body and womb had 4 children I must love me at every stage organically
YES! At every stage. I have an affirmation that goes I love my body as it grows and changes. I spent so many years hard on my body because it didn’t look like it once did in the past like I can go back in the past or like my body won’t continue to grow and change everyday. NO MORE. I just want to love me, if I don’t nobody will. 💚 We deserve this, just keep reminding yourself of that. Your body is worthy of love from you!
I mean this when I say I believe God lead me to your channel! I needed to hear this and know I'm not alone. I was widowed several years ago, and in dealing with my grief, I made some very poor choices. I've been in and out of relationships, but I'm currently single, by choice. This is the first time I've been single since I was 16!! I love it!! I can do what I want when I want! 😂 This is also the longest time (18 months) since I've partaken in "adult activities" 😅 I am a very sensuous person so abstaining has been difficult, but each day gets easier. I am not closing off the posibility of having a relationship in the future, but for now I'm enjoying the peace...It's just so dang peaceful! 😂❤❤❤

25 and 2 kids (10 yo and 9months old)… and this is exactly where I’m at currently. I still build connections… but it’s more intentional and with purpose, now, more than it has ever been…. However, no desire for sex or any serious commitments. Divorced, proposed to many times, serial dater… Ive never actually been ALONE… Im loving it here… maybe a little TOO much at times lol 🫣
Girl!!! The desire to not have sex and be in a serious commitment is so real. I am really enjoying my ME time. I don’t want to give that up at all 😂 I relate because it’s always been someone else there and it’s already a lot when you have children so now that I’ve given myself some space I’m holding onto it for dear life 😂 I’m really interested in building platonic relationships and just seeing what that’s like.
