Great spot! I'm definitely a fan of this Sub Shop.Jersey Mike's is always consistently good, You'll never get a bad sub forme these guys. They also offer an Extra Meat option for an extra $2-$3 bucks which is great if you're super hungry.

I go to Jersey Mike's all the time. I used to go to Subway then everything changed and I was done. I either get the Italian or the Tuna at Jersey Mike's. There is another place called Sub Doctors. They are good also I think. Just throwing another place out there to check out if you guys have not already. I agree Jersey gets such a bad rap on some things but there are a lot of good things here as well.
Jersey Mike's saves the day in many other states far away from NJ where the subs are typically not good. I would focus too on the top pizza joints/hidden pizza gems in the areas too like you do with the hot dogs. Everybody loves pizza and it brings in the views. Cheers.
Three B’s and/or Sandy’s Cozy Corner in Lakehurst. Both have great food, Sandy’s has that country hospitality in a small place though. Truly a diamond in the rough.

If you haven’t been to Ponzio’s Diner in Cherry Hill and or The Lamppost Diner in Blackwood, I highly suggest you visit them. Both are, in my mind, very superior in quality and service even compared to other fine diners. Also, try The Colonial Diner in Woodbury and Club Diner in Bellmawr (not Belmar). If you’re interested in diners. I love them. Do avoid the Legacy Diner in Audubon. I’ll not go into the gross details. Just take my word for it. You won’t starve in Jersey, that’s for sure.
The first time I got a jersey Mike’s sub they asked me if I wanted Mikey‘s way. I had no idea what that was so I said yes. Then they proceeded to drown my sub in a gallon of oil and vinegar. It was too late to tell him that I wanted a new sandwich, but I’m glad I’m not the only one that used the term “drenched”
I agree with you that everyone has different tastes, but I'll stay Jersey Mikes as I cant see paying 5.00 to 6.00 more for a Primos sub. 15.00 for a Primos sub is absolutely crazy.
Jersey Mike's is the best sub chain in The US Well really location depending Primos is #1 But there's not really alot of them outside the tri state area
I come from ny and now live in Florida. So delis are very rare. I would rather have a real deli with boarshead and love. However jersey mikes is my go to just because of my living situation.
