- We were targeting Spotted bass and White bass at Lake Nacimiento, California. This past year has been the wettest year on record in a long time and the water was a dark chocolate milk color so finding feeding fish was hard, to say the least. I was able to beat the skunk but it was a grind for sure. We covered a lot of muddy water looking for some bass to bite, but finding them was tough for sure.

That rain we got gave us a few old fishing spots back! So excited to go back and fish in that chocolate milk probably with a banana lure or somethin hell yea man nice!

I put that lake on my list this year. Whats your opinion on the hybrid bass as far as sport and harvesting ? They look fun and plentiful. Always look out for your videos, hope to see you around.
