Don’t mean to ramble, but couple things: First, congrats on the blastoise PSA 10 and upcoming Zard PSA 10. Second, I said this in another video (don’t remember which one), but PSA is very lenient when it comes to centering. I didn’t get a good look at it, but that seemed maybe 70-30 to 75-25 on top-bottom. I’ve definitely seen worse get 10s tho. Not to give you false hope about it, but if the corners and edges are clean and no scratch marks on there, then you’re pretty good to go. Third, evolving skies had a whole phase and a bunch of error packs and multiple cards were cut like that. There are cuts that are even worse and they strangely have a lot of hits there. For example, there is a moonbreon card with a sliver of the Rayquaza VMax on the left. So you kinda pulled error packs which is cool to see.
