I belong to SC. I think decision of supreme court is good , given it will be implemented in the same way as it is intended by the court.

It is a very good judgment by the SC....I also have OBC reservation ... My father is in army and I have studied in army school.... Got all the facilities that was required.... And after doing MCA today I am working in IT sector earning two or three times of what an average A class officer earn in Indian.... If u really work hard u can succeed without reservation..... Reservation should be given to only those people who live in backward areas and are deprived of basic facilities... The SC/ST should also understand that u will never be respected in the society as long as u people ask for reservation

For Reservationists claiming "Population wise Quotas" ---- I think argument is "fundamentally" problematic, because:
● General-Equality means 100% available to All, whoever deserving irrespective of any identity.
● If you say that "Quotas are for Representation", then considering only Representation factor & ignoring other factors may not be logical. Qualification & Aspiration factors may not (probably not) be statistically same or similar across sections of populations.
● Some Reservationists & Socialists use "double-standard" in Representation factor. They expect separate population % wise quotas for some groups, and simultaneous access to unreserved or open category, and also expect no such separate population % wise quota for General Category.
