I've been inside, loaded and unloaded those things, it's empty and depending on actual quality of materials and the size of it, it can definitely be easy to move.
A 40 ft shipping container only weighs around 8,000 pounds, those armored vehicles probably weigh almost 12,000 pounds, maybe more, but it probably could move that container with ease and with enough speed.
