    ❤❤😢🎉ब्रोकली हफ्ते में 500 ग्राम,कद्दू हफ्ते में एक बार सब्जी khayein,अखरोट inflammation और damage से बचाता है,carbohydrate मेटाबोलीस्ं ठीक कर्ता है,हफ़्ते में 30 ग्राम,दही मेटाबोलीच stress कम कर्ता है)ना khayein-(शराब pancreas में सूजन बढता है,बाहर की तली भुनी चीजें ना khayein,ज्यादा मसालेदार ना khayein,सफेद मैदा और मिठाईयाँ,दो cup से ज्यादा चाय,कॉफी ना piyein,)
