Absolutely beautiful then and now. I use to play their songs and cry over my boyfriends. OMG they still have it! They should have reunited long before this. They sound the same as they did in my youth. I still cry but of course not over my boyfriends but about my life in general. Guys keep singing and showing the youth of today what singing is.
Still viewing this video and listening to the Lettermen. Their voices and talent were among the best there were and listening to them singing is so uplifting and very enjoyable.😊❤👍👍
Love that great blend from the first time I heard them on the radio in 1962. Saw them in many concerts in Ohio from the 70's up to a few years ago. I actually got to get up on stage with them twice during Tony's ventures into the audience. Once at the Ohio Theatre and another at Franklin County Stadium. Truly unforgettable memories for me. I hope that their perfect harmonies can carry into another generation!!
How so nice of Jim and Gary show their brotherly love for each other. Great group! @Gary Pike I love the vibes between Jim and Gary--so authentic and charming! Kudos to the other singer!
The other singer is the fabulous Ric de Azevedo, one of the King Cousins from TVs King Family of the 70's and 70's. He served in the US Army in the 60;s as vocalist for the US Army Field Band. His voice blends perfectly with theirs....
These guy are the original Lettermen as far as I know. They still kill it. I have always loved them. Bravo boys awesome as usual. You never disappoint. Timeless music without all the gimmicks that is in music today.
These guys have created a new kind of singing trio called The Reunion and they performed all songs that they have sung with The Lettermen. They were sued by Lettermen owner Tony Butala but the court gave the Reunion the go signal to performed with the same song that they became famous. No doubt they are Lettermen too.
I am really touched by all these nostalgic songs; especially when I recall my late good old buddy who introduced The Letterman's songs to me, I couldn't help but all tears in my heart 😥. Well, maybe he's now listening to thier songs in heaven 😪
Wow, Mam Maria Cynthia Villar is in the house. So proud to have you here listening to the music I've cherished since 'I Will Love You' days of the 60's. Please visit my Lettermen Channel in FB, 'Lettermen - Japanese - Filipino Friendship Club and enjoy MORE of The Lettermen, our FAVORITES!
The same here with me, reminiscing the sad, the joy and the fun of trying to win a girl's heart by doing songcards with lettermen songs and sent it through mail with love letters attached on it. So many of them I have sent and they are all just ignore the effort.
The same way I did in the 70's where I was called by friends 'Pereng Menn ng Lettermen', because of my attachment to Lettermen Music. What a memory and it still 'ROCKS'!
Jim Pike are part of the original Lettermen trio, while Gary Pike his brother is a second generation Lettermen. Ric de Azevedo is a friend of both and part of 'The King Family Show', TV Series in 1965.
Jim is an original and Gary replaced an original that has since passed. Tony Butalo was the other original. Now there are none of the originals touring as the Letterman. But they did sound good.
I am listening to this moment tears fell from my eyes, ,it reminded me time before, thank you for the originator its me hope i could visut you, againthank youfrm all of us
I saw the Lettermen at the Ford Auditorium in Detroit in 1968. Thanks for publishing this video. It brings back memories of the days of wine and roses.

I was assigned as member of the security of the Philippine Navy that provided security during the Concert. I was an Ensign then in the PN.
Afraid to say, they are different group that performed in 1975 at tha Cultural Center of the Philippines. Only Gary Pike was present on that Lettermen group. The men on the photos are former Lettermen named with a friend ' The Reunion' composed of Original Lettermen member Jim Pike, Gary Pike and RIc de Azevedo.
Thank you for uploading this video...how i really really miss these guys..their music never fails to amaze me. I will forever be a true fan of The Lettermen
Welcome Lydia Padrinao. Unfortunately, they're no more Lettermen in this video. They formed a new group called 'The Reunion'. But still tey sound like The Lettermen do because they are truly Lettermen themselves.
No, David. It's not a reunion of the original Lettermen. It's a new singing group, similar with The Lettermen music and they named the group as 'The Reunion'.
All songs are remade with their own version of arrangements and style. They only have created few with the coming of Donny Pike and Donovan Tea. But hey, they are the masters of medleys such as 'Goin' Out Of My head/ Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You' and 'Lady In Red/ The Way You Look Tonight'.

This group sounds the same Lettermen of 1960's and 70's. Wish I'd seen them perform live. Jim's falsetto is superb after all these years.
Gone is Jim Pike and Ric de Azevedo, gone is The Reunion too.
They. Still sound as good as ever!!!!
