This will help the police find the attacker and if the unfortunate happens and the attacker shoots and kills the victim and takes the taser, at least there will be photo and video evidence of the attacker.

How thick clothing can this penetrate? How do I safely remove the cartridge after it’s fired? Can I cycle thru another 30 seconds after the first one as long as probes are still attached to attacker?
Hard to say as far as thickness. Depends on material, closeness to the body,etc. To remove a cartridge, turn the device off and just pinch the side tabs and pull out. Yes, you can cycle through another 30 seconds, although the point of this is to be running away during those 30 seconds. A second deployment shouldn't be necessary provided you had a good hit.
I have an older taser and stun combination and luckily I never have had to use it but in these perilous times I feel self confident of my safety and the way the police are being treated by professional use of self defense and making them out like the bad guys and letting the bad guys sue them is peposterous and our 2 amendment to protect yourself family and property is why our nation is deteriorating and dangerously chaotic. I am 66 years old and have never on my lifetime seen the deterioration and fear for my safety in our nation as I have today and it’s Getty worse everyday, our laws and constitution & our history to destroy in such violence as what’s going on today and to think we the people have to sit back and let it happen ,have another thing in surprise when we have the means and right to protect ourselves
