Cam Smith = Shitty Iggy. Waste of a 2nd round pick and waste of a 1st round pick. Yet another reason why this team will go nowhere but the biggest reason is Tua the choker.
@Omar Kelly: I know you're a big fan of the trenches. What O line do you consider the best-- not just Dolphin's O lines. I think Dallas and Washington had great ones. Also, do you think the Dolphins should strive to emulate their success?
Barry is right. What Tua is doing makes me want to root against him. He needs to remember how bleak his prospects were looking 2 years ago before the Dolphins did all they've done for him.
He was here, obviously if he was so much better than mike white and Skyler Thompson then he would have been signed, since that would be cheaper. But no, I’m sure he’s just from ur favorite college team, lmao!
It's nothing like a defensive tackle missing snaps. This is the director of the offense with a whole lot of new skill position players. So Tua's hurting himself and the team. When the Dolphins open up 0 and 2 and get trounced once again by Josh Allen. That's going to make Chris cave? Then Chris rescinds all offers and closes negotiations for the remainder of the season.
Jordan Poyer is 💯right about the Dolphins being SOFT. I’ve been saying the same for the longest time. Miami’s defense lacks the killer instinct of defenses like the Bills, 49ners, Ravens, Steelers, and even the Texans under Demeco Ryan. These defenses not only attacks the ball but look to punish their opponents by hard hitting and swarming the ball carrier. It was disgusting to watch Miami’s D swarm to the ball to only let one or two guys to bring down the runner while the rest just stand there and watch. Dolphins have no fierce, hard hitting linebackers and even safeties. Their toughness was limited to the defensive front led by Wilkins and Sieler. Hopefully Poyer can instill some of the Bills defense mentality and physicality like him, Hyde, Matt Milano and company.
This entire, not about Tua, it’s about every other QB coming. No it’s not. Thats the agency doing a disservice to Tua. Worry about each client separately.
Omar you keep saying the Herbert and Burrow deal is different because it averages out over 7 years than 6 years and while that is true it would still come back to being the same if you gave Tua a Burrow like extension because the extension is what’s important here not the rookie contract mixed into the extension and I’m tired of you talking about contracts like that because you’re factually wrong in the way you assess it. If Tua gets a 5 year 275 extension he’d end up in and around the same ball park as Burrow on average annually salary because even though Burrow got his extension a year earlier than Tua he’s still on his rookie contract number right now which is the 5th year option number they picked up. The only difference is they maneuvered and lowered that number but he’s entitled to the same money. Stop confusing ppl on it. I realise you did the same thing with the Lamar contract saying Lamar is the only one that signed a good contract, it’s the SAME THING like the others he was just in his 5th year so his extension kicked in earlier.
Compare Apples to Apples, Oranges to Oranges. Burrow, Herbert and Lawrence got their deals in their fourth season, after their fifth year option was opted into. They all landed a 7 year deal. Lamar Jackson got his deal after playing his fourth year and on his fifth year option. He got a 5 year deal.
@@omarkelly6620 But the point I’m making is that it is Apples to Apples because whether Tua gets it in his 4th season or Burrow gets it in idk 3rd season they’re gonna make the same money. It’s called an EXTENSION for a reason. The original rookie contract still holds Omar. To make it easier to understand look at it as a 10 year contract then, the first 5 years at the rookie scale and the 5 year extension after that. After 10 years they ALLLL will make comparable dollars so your argument is moot. Lamar didn’t sign a “better” contract (APY wise) than Joe Burrow, the numbers are comparable. 55 mil is 55 mil not 44 mil like you try to say or trying to average it out over 7 years or whatever you do. It’s an EXTENSION for a reason and I genuinely don’t understand how you don’t get it.
You’re wasting your time explaining anything to Omar. He’s WRONG most of the time or always with the negativity! Prettty sure he’s a cool guy but, when it comes to football ? It’s a hard pass for me!
River has 18 catches over the last 2 years for only 223 yards but somehow managed to also have 3 Touchdowns with such little volume and involvement. Not to mention that he's been the BEST blocking WR that we have on the roster since Trent Sherfield left. He'd have much, much better stats if Mike McDaniel actually used him more. Not to mention his knowledge of the playbook and his value on special teams. THIS IS WHY he continues to make the roster over and over again. If folks don't like him, that's OK, but every few weeks there's always fans OR other podcasters suggesting that he's the one to watch to get cut, despite the fact that's valuable in non-traditional ways to the team.

My main interested in a player this training camp is Cam Smith. I hope we get a solid/good CB out of him instead wasting a 2nd round draft pick.
Cam Smith, another Grier bust.....
@@happyevelynhes literally going into year 2...
@@happyevelyn Yeah,..I mean only the Dolphins pick a guy in the 2nd rd and he NEVER gets ANY work in his First Year,.
It's just Mind Blowing,.~

@@moeazizi Yeah,.. well we're goig to be locked into Tua for the Next 5 Years so I guess you need to find an extra WNBA team to root for~lol
Yeah what poyer said was true. The one time I thought was over was when we beat Baltimore with Tua’s 6 TD game. But then I was more of the same late
Malik W will be exciting to watch and very productive
I really hope so,..I mean the guy looks amazing in college and I really hope Tyreek can help him especially since they are built so similarly~

If the defense dominated the day that's great for the new defensive coordinator and all the new defensive additions. 🐬🏈📰🌎📈😤
TUA needs to change his representation!!! Drew Rosenhaus would get a deal that would be good for both parties!! 🤪🐬🏈
DEFENSE always starts out best in Training camp~

SF will sign River Cracraft if he’s cut. It would not be good
Thanks! Phins Up!
Omar you're the money guru. Can you tell us what percentage the agents get?
Chris Greer should bring back James Blackmon. He has the height and a strong arm.
Who?
Did he get cut?,.I thought he was on the team?
Wherever he is, James Blackmon should be brought back and given a legitimate chance to compete for the backup and starting job. He is that good!

Omar should do this with someone who actually watches the practice with him like Poupart until Barry gets back from vacation

If there is a concern about the Dolphins and Tua ironing out a contact? Why can't we bring in Tannerhill as insurance?
Question. Did the defense dominate or did the offensive line underperform?
QBs should only get 3year guaranteed contracts, bcuz of injury or coaching changes, team could always renew contracts
The new Big O 😂😂😂

Tua has lost all that personal armour. Not a good move. Bet Greer is worried about that . And think about our OL. Not a good recipe
most players play worse against great teams.
