I have been using the audio enhancement and it is great. I can now record without turning off my aircon! The audio enhancement actually does a great job of removing the background noise, but leaves the voice alone. (with 24/7 80 degrees and 80% humidity... we keep the aircon running) 😎

Speech to text is a feature I'm definitely going to get PD22 for, assuming it'll have it. My only concern is if it's limited in use, like with Filmora.
when I use PD the proxies hold me up in editing that lag the video big time, as well doing it raw, just does not cut it anymore. sorry love PD but have to figure out this issue on a new fast laptop

Hey! After this new update I have a problem with the constant gain between sound clips. I was using the crossfade to silence the pop sound between cuts, but now, with the new version that transition stopped working and the pop sounds are loud. Even in older projects which were produced with the version before the update, now the pop sounds are present. Do you now a fix for this? Thanks
They made some Intro template and title enhancements, and added some new stickers and social media call outs. Nothing as exciting as these new features IMHO. Okay, I've pretty-much answered my own question re: the wind noise removal tool which I referred to as the Wind Noise Eliminator. It was featured in your tutorial for last year(late). I only had this current computer since January. 2022 at my best recollection. I think the feature came in *after* I installed PD20 Ultimate.

I've had PD for over three years and never gotten along with it.... What Minimum Requirements would you recommend for someone using this? As I feel no matter what I use PD always seems to be bug riddled and force closes non stop. Once you use more than 3 layers. Use more because of the simple yearly cost but feel like I've lost a lot of editing hours because of it.

You have to buy 21, if you have the 365 subscription you have to update using the application manager. You can use my link in the video description to upgrade

Dr of PD, I cannot render by 10 minute 4k vlog at 1080 or 4k, it only lets me render at 720. I got 150gb storage on iCloud and 400 gig free on iPhone so whats the issue. I can render 5 second videos at 4k.
Are these simply "updates" or are they "upgrades" that may require buying a new version of Power Director? Can these new tools be simply downloaded to my current PD20 Ultimate? If I recall, as an example of what I'm getting at, the wind noise eliminator, was that an inbuilt feature of PD20 Ultimate or was it something added later? I've tried that feature to some degree of success.
The features you mentioned are enhancements in this version. They came out last year with PD 20. If you have the lifetime license of PD 20 Ultimate you will need to upgrade to PD 21 Ultimate to get the new features. If you have a subscription of PD 20 Ultimate (PD 365) you can download PD 21 Ultimate using the CyberLink Application Manager.

How i learn in those lagging content video is 1.select the low quality preview setting (check) 2.rendering the video by two little yellow tags in the timeline (first to know that, i'll try it future) 3.set to non-real time preview (that will cause audio muting so don't forget to set it back when not using it) (check) 4.properly save the file then close and re-open the PD (this will free the temporary memory in the background) (Well, my computer will instantly flashback when it can't handle it, lol. So i don't need to close it manually, just keep in mind frequently save the file properly) 5.upgrade your computer (like CPU,GPU, memory maximum capability and so on....) (hmm...that obviosly, haha) 6.keep watching Maliek video so we'll keep learning more fresh things in PD (just kidding)

I have Powerdirector 365 on Windows. If I want to run it on Mac I guess a new license is needed. I'd love to try that feature.
Yes you would need to buy the Mac version. Unless you have to have it on Mac I would wait until speech to text comes to Windows
