There’s no pride here; it’s honestly debilitating and we shouldn’t be happy about this. People commuting to school or work from outside the city to Toronto are finding it difficult to keep up mentally with the task of getting to work/school on time. We need to fix this, it’s a major problem

Build trains that go directly to downtown and Bus. Nobody is going to take the bus, when it's stuck in the same traffic as everyone else. Give it a prioritized lane and increase frequency. Then and only then it'll improve life for everyone.

Because it's the only east west option for most of us, if the qew,gard,hwy2 were an exwpy from east to west it would another option, if finch and or Eglinton were built like a new jersey fwy (right in right out) it would flow better east to west, as another option. Then there are oddballs like Bayview & Lawrence - that should be a SPUI, Blk creek and Lawrence needs to be reimagined to flow better..... But then again if you cut a tree down they weep.....

You have no idea how I would take the amount of traffic on the 400 series over the Auckland motorway any day of the week, and twice on a Friday of a long weekend in a snow storm...cause complain about the amount of traffic...because for all of the bad drivers on the 400 series, at least you guys have a 'code of conduct' on the most part.....If some of the 'classic Auckland drivers' showed up on the 401.....they would be 'terminated' because of road rage....deal with a driver doing 60k in the passing lane or entering the highway at 50k expecting the highway to slow for merging traffic, or trucks doing 40k in the passing lane...the the list continues.....
