My Sourdough Recipe:
50 grams starter
10 grams salt
350 grams water
500 grams flour
Baked at 400 degrees in a dutch oven covered for 20 minutes
and another 20 minutes uncovered

I walked barefoot all the time. Call a nursery about your lettuce bugs they can give adviçe. Also go acre homestead and talk to Becky she is great.
