I gotta say I really respect how monty makes the guest characters exit the series.
There are so many professional series that kinda just don't know how to writer a character out of a story so sometimes they just disappear.
And monty if she wanted to could just say "They walked away." But remmy and digsby exit in not only their own unique ways but ways relevant to their characters.
I genuinly found it nice, shows digsby has his own collective and profession beyond just being a guest character; He feels like he belongs in the world.

Ahh so much good stuff in this episode. Regarding the concern with the Hoketh, I happen to be prepping for 3rd level spellcasting, so copied this down in the first place.
"Speak With Dead
Level 3 necromancy
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 10 ft
Components: V S M (Burning incense)
Duration: 10 minutes
Classes: Bard, Cleric
You grant the semblance of life and Intelligence to a corpse of your choice within range, allowing it to answer the questions you pose. The corpse must still have a mouth and can't be Undead. The spell fails if the corpse was the target of this spell within the last 10 days.
Until the spell ends, you can ask the corpse up to five questions. The corpse knows only what it knew in life, including the languages it knew. Answers are usually brief, cryptic, or repetitive, and the corpse is under no Compulsion to offer a truthful answer if you are hostile to it or it recognizes you as an enemy. This spell doesn't return the creature's soul to its body, only its animating spirit. Thus, the corpse can't learn new information, doesn't comprehend anything that has happened since it died, and can't speculate about future events."
Now there has been a lot of discussing about whether the Hoketh Clergy have a legitimate concern on being cagey about Speak with Dead and from the text, it would seem the soul issue isn't a problem.
But then there is this

Components: V S M (A pearl worth at least 100 gp and an owl feather)
Duration: Instantaneous
Classes: Bard, Wizard
You choose one object that you must touch throughout the casting of the spell. Now, Panic has been using this spell quite a bit, but I am sure I'm not the only one that has noticed something. Panic is not exactly flush with pearls. In fact I'm fairly sure panic has never owned a pearl worth 100 gp. If there is evidence to the contrary, I'd appreciate anyone bringing it up.
In anycase, this presents the main point of this discussion: Spells in the game work the way the DM says they work. Evidence for Speak with Dead working differently in this setting can be found in the first use of the spell back in Episode 5. Around 55 minutes and 20 seconds, we get an answer from Van Ren that begins with 'thousands of years ago'. Returning to a section of Speak with Dead.

If Van Ren's corpse did not comprehend anything that happened since it died, how did it know thousands of years passed since it died?
The simplest answer is simple what Monty has told us how the spell works in her world. Speak with Dead DOES pull the soul of the dead back to their body. In a sense, this actually makes the spell more powerful.

Want to point out that in Identify it does not state the pearl is used up where as it does in other spells with material components so Panic would only need one in total for all of the times he cast the spell.
I love hassrad and Meryls friendship. Hassrad finds a kindred spirit in her cause they're both grumpy people, its ironic because meryl was originally terrified of snakes. And now she just took one home, and hassrad just wants to protect child. He's essentially adopted her now and no one can convince me otherwise.
Muidos is the one who salted the field that keeps plants from growing in Ginter's Folly and not only that, she revealed that the Council keeps any mission related to Fleur de Mort away from Brorc due to "conflict of interest" which means Brorc might take the issue with Fleur de Mort personally and would probably be the most invested in learning of their meeting, I don't think the party appreciated that as much as they should have. Also, since Edward works in the upper district, they don't get many chances to meet him, so I wish they talked about Louis Strong.

I can't help but imagine a scene where Willow or Meryl or both are by the Sweet Dragon when Eltmur douchebags try to attack them and literally everyone just appears to try and help. Our protagonists just slide in from stage left where Borky suplexs a guy into the cobblestone and Greckles decapitates another while Task turns another into a pin cushion of arrows and Panic bullies yet another being to death, Hassrad has a giant constrictor strangling a guy, Doros and Helga bust down their own respective walls, and Tiengo drags a guy into the sewers and into what sounds like a literal blender.
Tiengo probably wouldn't help but the numerous bouncers and an Owlbear Pelt would help alot.

Male Goliaths generally lack hair, both facial and on the top of their head. I don't know if Monty changed that for her campaign, but I don't see any reason for her to have done so.

If you're going to ask that question, then why aren't you asking how he speaks common without the crucial mouth parts to pronounce certain letters? The answer is that they found a way. Kenku can mimic, meaning they can create sounds that they shouldn't normally be able to produce. I assume they probably have some apparatus that allows them to play wind instruments. Perhaps the Flute has such an apparatus for use in the event that it is purchased by an avian?

The in house blacksmith... in my campaign they started the guild hall with just the blacksmith, because i had it that the blacksmith was the person who built the thing, and makes the additions. also his "daughter" is the one taking care of the day to day functions of the guild.

Zerpderp0 but remember minor changes = big payoff. Plus if they as big to be a dagger blade or whatnot I wouldn't consider that small, factoring in the amount of 10% waste from making it.
Greg Berge you also have to remember that Task's bow is a longbow, which is about the same height as task is, if not bigger. In fact his first longbow doubled as his spear so if they couldn't make a spear with it then they probably can't make a longbow. Possibly a short bow or maybe a composite bow, but not a longbow
Zerpderp0 I get that but what I'm saying is that if he had them on there it would act as a permanent buff as like you would embed a jewel into something instead of a one use item. That's why I thought of it like a ironsight or spinesight, something to that extent originally. Maybe give a permanent buff to damage against dragons? But since they went with daggers it's not much they can do.

Crafting components to unload, quests to turn in, etc. Kinda how we got into that whole bad situation with Solly. But yeah, seriously was thinking someone would say something about Hellina seemingly having a crush on Panic.
A NPC might have some romantic interest in Panic, that's just par for the course now. But now that you two mention it, I am a little bummed that Panic gave it up so easily, but I'm more interested in how often this gnoll musician was referenced and I want to see how Panic can get him in the bar.
