The old son of a gun knows how to nail it 🤣 I don't like what he likes but I like that he likes it and takes pictures of it. Bruce Gilden is a character and one of a kind
I both agree and disagree. His latest portraits are a tad "too constructed" IMO, but that's only a subjective view. I prefer his street photography. What I do like about Bruce is that he has a keen eye on what works and doesn't work. When he nails a picture he truly nails it. And he has a certain style that goes with it - his love for the underdog, his empathy and (sometimes burlesque) humour. Like it or not.
@@chybanikt He is a great photographer, though how great can be subjective I think. You can't expect everyone he has photographed love the final result. It's how you see the work and how it relates to you I think. Like if there's a nude photo, you may love it as a piece of art, but what if it's you in the photo when you were in an awkward situation. No offence by all means. It's all personal.
No fake RUclips photographer, this sir... a is a real artist.
Superb photographer. One of the best in his style. Well, it is HIS style. No copy cat.
Fucking love Bruce. Why? Because he’s Bruce
This guy is a legend.

Truly a Lengend!
Some great lessons about being a photographer in those 3+ minutes.
I love Bruce’s work, but I think the hype around him is a bit too much....
hype? hahaha this guy is legend!

@@mfiorentino I suppose everything we talk and comment around a photograph is subjective to our own mind. It's nice to hear others opinion
