In my younger days I fornicated with an unbeliever and contracted the spirit of Jezebel. My vibe was awful starting the next day, those close to me even commented to me about it. I think the Bible is strongly against fornication in part due to the ease of demons that flow through one soul to another. Anyway, one night a few months later, as I was mindlessly browsing RUclips, I read the title of a pastor (Robert Morris) talking about the spirit of Jezebel. God said to my heart, "this is for you." So I watched and knew that I had a Jezebel spirit lodged in my soul. In that moment I was broken, I fell to my knees and wept. I cried out to God in desperation to be delivered from this spirit that had taken hold on my life. Afterwards, I went to bed and read my Bible for 15 minutes or so, as is customary. About 10 minutes after hitting the lights, I was laying on my side with my eyes closed then suddenly, my chin was yanked down into my sternum and I saw a watermelon sized ball, translucent in color with wings on both sides, erupt out of my chest. I instantly felt 20 pounds lighter and was filled with the Holy Spirit to such an extent that had I not experienced it myself I would not have believed it were possible to experience such an overwhelming sense of peace, love and joy in this mortal body this side of Jordan. Verily I say unto you, if what I felt then was even a fraction of what Heaven will be like to die is truly to gain. I was afraid to move my pinky, bat an eyelash, or even breathe fully out of a profound longing for this encounter with God Himself to ever end. Entirely synonymous with this feeling was the unbridled desire to leap out of bed, run down the streets of my neighborhood in my underwear proclaiming the Lord Jesus Christ. It was completely symbiotic. Thing is, I was Born Again before I backslid into fornication and I definitely had a Jezebel spirit. The church is asking the wrong question. It’s not can a Christian have a demon, it’s why isn’t there more deliverance ministries setting followers of Christ free by the Grace of God? May the Lord Jesus Christ bless Vlad for his ministry and bringing this awareness to Gods people. And to everyone else, Grace and Peace.

@@ANONYMOUSAdmin232 I’m by no means an expert in this area. I do not have a deliverance ministry like Vlad and others. However, one thing I did notice that’s consistent both in scripture and in Pastor Vlads experience is deliverance being exercised on those who are desperate to be set free. I think the root of that is in having a truly repentant heart. That night after I watched the video, I was convicted to the point of brokenness. His Grace and Mercy on my life brought me to that point. Vlad has a video on self deliverance, but I’d also check out Bill Schnobelen at With One Accord ministries. He’s been doing deliverance since I believe 1987 and has a section on his website that has a step by step instruction on casting out demons I’ve had success with. Take heed that you don’t start using it to wage spiritual war on battles God hasn’t anointed you to fight. Is your real name Jason?
Sounds like you probably weren't saved. And then you got saved, and that's what happened. If Christians could have demons, I think God would have emphasized on it more in the New Testament.
If you were never born again to begin with, you were never a true Christian. Because all who believe in the Lord are saved.
You are not free because some man touches your forehead and utters a prayer. As soon as you believe in Jesus Christ as lord and savior you are born again and become a new creation, the old gets crucified with Christ.

I was just talking to a friend about why Christians can have demons, he didn't believe me at first, he was kind of struggling with his argument, but when I asked, 'Where in the Bible does it say we can't have demons?' and he said, 'My knowledge of the Bible isn't good enough to have this argument'. Read your Bible! It's important!
If you dont know where in the Bible it says you can't have demons, you don't really know the Bible, because it's stated across the entire New testament.

In acts demons are casted out by unbelievers so they would believe.

Giving the devil place does not mean “opening your self up to be possessed”
He’s not talking about possession. He said in the video demons cannot have you. Possession means ownership. Christian’s cannot be possessed because they have the Holy Spirit and belong to God. However, they can have a demon living in them and oppressing them if they give the devil the right to do so by sinning.

There's a difference between being demon oppression and demonic possession .
Demonic possession means having direct and total control over your ones thoughts and actions.
Demonic oppression on the other hand involves a person being attacked spiritually and encouraging him or her into sinful behavior.

Jesus explained very clearly and Matthew 15 that heinous sins are committed from the heart of men and women.
Demons can tempt, but they cannot in any way shape or form possess one who has the Spirit of living God within Him.
Read your Bible and stop idolizing your ministry of "demon slaying".

Tell them the truth. They are sinners in need of deep healing and help from God. God alone sets us free as we abide in Him and trust solely in the righteousness of Christ Jesus to cover us when we meet God on our final day.
possession literally means ownership..a TRUE christian is owned by the Holy Spirit..a true christian can only be oppressed.
I think he uses the word "demonized" as opposed to "possess", in other videos, because you are correct about ownership.
i saw a demon enter me, but i prayed and called on the name of jesus untill it finally left. Im pretty sure im a christian, so just based on this experience i would say that demons can live inside a christian, but they can also be kicked out by Jesus. What a powerful name It is.

Why is the body so divided on this issue? I just don't get it. Honestly, I don't think a Christian can have a demon. If they could wouldn't the apostles and God made sure to emphasize on it more in the Bible. There's no teaching on it... That's proof enough for me.

There's no direct scriptures that says christians can have demons. However, in John 8 from vs 31 to 36, Jesus spoke to believers about being set free.

Demons do not live in a Christian. You can be influenced in the mind and tormented by one, which is Biblical, but it has no dwelling place in a Holy Spirit filled believer. Be careful to test what people say with the Bible!!

If you're saved sin has no safe place in you. Once God convicts you youre not going back. If you continue to practice sin you wont be able to keep it up for long. God WILL slap you, figuratively or literally.

I'm a little confused here, you start off saying Christians can't have demons and at the end you say Christians you can have demons...It's clear in the bible that there is no believer that was affected or being delivered from a demon mention so for me that settles it. let's get busy in preaching the gospel and saving soul's and let God do the rest by the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul tells us in Roman 7 his struggle with the flesh, the old Man he was not possessed or otherwise (his new Man can not sin, the Holy Spirit) he just understood the struggle with the flesh but where he was week God was at his strongest and his Grace increased to him. Each Christian has a choice each day to walk in the flesh or the Spirit if the flesh than repentance and Godly sorrow is needed to be delivered. We Christians need to stop dividing the body of Christ with our angles, as there is no biblical events that tell of any Christians being delivered or effected by a demon than that settles it for me let's do the good work of saving souls as our No.1 focus and let God take care of the rest.
No believers cant have demons. Daimonizomai. Demon possession, demonized. It all means the same thing. There’s not one instance in scripture where believers have demons inhabiting them. Or believers having demons cast out of them. Deliverance is for believers in the sense of coming out agreement with lies and deception. Exorcism is not for believers. If you’re talking about casting demons out of believers, then that’s the literal meaning of exorcism.
